To watch Divine-God is very exceptional no one with any deeds become eligible to witness Divine-God it is totally on the mercy of Divine-God when He show His form.
ShreeKrishna affirmed-My this Sudarshan form which you have witnessed is extremely exceptional to view. To watch this appearance even Gods are always keen. (Bhagwat-Gita: 11/52)

The“devi-sampada” devotee whose conscious is always searching element of divine they are also always eager to see the appearance of Divine-God.
Divine-God has further clarified that the people cannot view Divine-Form with Vedas, yagna, alms, etc. means in 11/53–54. Only with sole aim of realization of element of divine, who has attended divine conscious, can view of Divine-God by His mercy (11/54).
