The Divine-God protects saint, pious and common people denote wider meaning. The religion does not give much important to the worldly materials and body, because attachment with worldly material is cause of downfall of saint. Divine-God has more concern about the protection of principle and concept or thought of saints rather than protecting their property or body. A true devotee increases his devotion in adversity abandoning affection-hate and desire to enjoy material. The adversity is considered by them as gifted opportunity to purify self nerves-sense-mind.

Bhagavad Gita

Chapter-4

Pledge of Divine-God

The Divine-God in chapter three has advised human community to devotionally follow His opinions which will liberate them from bonding with material world and birth-death cycle. Here He is explaining the motivational factors of “yog” and how it gradually progress which facilitate liberation and unite soul with Divine-God.

Shree Krishna said “I have said about this sustainable knowledge of yog to Vivasvan Sun, then Sun stated this to his son Manu, and Manu narrated it to his son King Iksvaku. [1]

God is the oldest guru/teacher. God had explained the sustainable yog “a means of connecting man with god” to Sun, king of planate, thereafter it passes through Manu the father of mankind and the first King Iksvaku, who all were in family-life. All of them realized the Divine-God in living in family-life by practicing karamyog. The human can realize divine by practicing karamyog in family-life as national religion, there is no need to abandon family-life.

It is not that first time God has explained karamyog to Arjuna. The preacher Lord Krishna and listener Arjuna both were in family-life. Holy Puran and Upanishad written earlier than Bhagavad Gita briefly deal in karamyog, Gita deal in details on karamyog.

Divine-God will remain always, human soul an integral part of Divine-God is also for all time; the relation of Divine-God with human is too forever. There is no need to do anything special to belong with Divine-God. It is when men get attached with his function centered on worldly materials then he misses the experience of his relationship with Divine-God. Hence, a karamyogi consider the material resources belonging to the world and use them for the good of world. Please remember body inclusive of nerve and mind, human functional actions and materials or instruments, all the three necessary for productions are created and are for limited period, then how fruits of these can sustain, only divine realization will go birth after birth.

Meaning of updesh/sermon is to enlighten human on their responsibilities. God is awaking human on their objective that as Lord Sun keep on rotating, throwing light to everyone and doing all without getting benefit out of it for self. Similarly in any given situation human and disciple shall perform his responsible karma or duty self-motivated and also motivates others to do so without getting into attachment of vested benefits.

Lord Sun is the oldest of shristi /evolution, through Lord Sun whole world is created. Therefore, God had shared karamyog to Lord Sun who was first born in the world and to be passes on to all as light of Lord Sun is spread upon everyone without discrimination. Lord Sun is the eye of the world. All the living creatures wake up with the rising Sun and get into own work. Every SUN raise is a new life and fresh beginning of the creatures. Lord Sun provides a feeling of sense of responsibility to Human. Since inception of world Divine-God is making sincere effort to establish karmayog as universal practice.

Karamyog or performing deed without expecting material pleasure is the key knowledge of person living in family life or householder. It facilitates liberation of human from birth-death cycle, and can be performed by person of any age-group, class, religion, gender, territory, and time etc. The best utilization of any given situation in benefit of others, respecting right of others and detachment from bonding with body-nature is karamyog. Human attached with affection and hate is not able to perform karmayog. Karmayog is base on principle of mutual cooperation and sustainable harmony relation with nature. It educate people that human is not independent, they do not own anything or object, they all are interdependent and dependent on nature, which all are created by Divine-God and He is the Lord, everything is part of nature. Deed performed in attachment of sense pleasure cause downfall of human.

When Karmayogi perform deed for the benefit of only world abandoning affection, hate, greed and angry then he is in union with omnipresent power of cosmic and his deed become extraordinary. In any situation helping others considering as responsibility is karmayog a deed which unite with Divine-God. Those who to gain popularity intentionally search opportunity to serve others there deed become worldly not heavenly.

Lord Krishna is advising Arjuna to educate whole world to follow this “karmayog” knowledge of home for realizing divine in family-life, without changing place or occupation or situation. Divine-God had disfavored Arjuna argument that he should lead rest of life on begging and has strongly advised him to follow his present responsibility of a soldier in that situation. Right or best utilization of a given condition or situation is kramayog. Kramayogi or believers neither switch over to other situations nor he search for any circumstance, he utilize the given condition.

When human control the breathing he attend enlighten status or light of Sun flow effectively this denote that Divine-God has stated this knowledge of Karmayog to Lord Sun which passes “Vivas” who is helpless and disparate, then is is alive in breathing, and then this appear or awaken in culture form in mind, this denote Lord Sun has stated to King Manu (mind), when mind is awaken human be curious for that element and he develop ekcha or wish for that, this denote King Manu has shared this knowledge with Iksvaku.

Hai Parantap (determined) Arjun! These ways Rajriski/ saints acquired this yoga by tradition. Somehow afterward for long time practice of this yoga in human world has become near extinct. [2]

The Karmayog was shared through the Lord Sun, the king of planate, Manu the father of mankind and first King Iksvaku etc. so that to ensure that the kings and all other heads follow the Karamyog and they shall facilitate the fellow citizens to practice the same. The Karmayog was special knowledge of kings.

Every head of Government, household-head, village-head, head of the institutions, leaders etc shall know and practice karamyog. The person those who possess higher powers, authorities and resources etc. are held directly more responsible for utilization of those powers, authorities and resources etc. for the benefits of society. Any deviation from Karamyog by anyone irrespective of their status upset the society adversely.

In the ancient time Kings were practicing karamyog and without attachment with worldly pleasure and were governing impartially. The interest of the common citizens was their natural priorities. Many kings have attended brilliant knowledge and devotion by practicing Karamyog, therefore even Rishi/saints of higher status were approaching Kings to receive knowledge of Karamyog. Shukdevjee the son of Shreevedvayashya has gone to Saintly King Janak for acquiring the knowledge. Likewise Lord Krishna is advocating Arjuna to follow the family tradition and not to deviate from the present responsibility according to Karamyog.

The answerable governance can be understood in different way through a poem of Kalidash. Kalidash wrote about Suryavanshi’s Kings “those kings were taking taxes from people alike for the benefits of people as only Lord Sun took water from the earth to facilitate rains” (Raghuvansh 1/18).

All the natural resources created belong to God the creator and all the living-being are entitled to utilize it, none have sole rights. Karamyog is against the concentration of wealth, power and authorities etc. and facilitate participation of all and harmonious responsive egalitarian society.

The Devine is forever, the knowledge from Divine-God will reach to people always, there is no dearth of knowledge, only scripture or resource’s books/documents and practitioners of knowledge have been vanishing. The principle of karamyog is sustainable, even renounce order of saint follow it. Due to passes of times and distance the form of karmagog has also changes. Divine-God has first stated this knowledge of karmayog to Lord Sun then from tradition Saint of state came to know and thus in knowledge difference start occurring. Divine-God is emphasizing to regenerate knowledge of karmyog and to ensure that it should pass on from generation to generation as family knowledge.

As a result of forgetting karmyog human journey is passing through twenty four lakh species and hell which only manifest disappearance of knowledge of karmayog.

When great human who know the knowledge of karmayog teach this knowledge to uncultured one who does not respect rights of others, then when mind of learner develop determination and thereafter adopt in practices, this yog slowly- slowly progress into category of royal rishi or saint and it then manifest and learner attend perfection.

You are my devotee and dear friend, therefore, today I have stated that this ancient yog to you, because this is immense best secret. [3]

Arjuna was like a friend/sakha ( branch/extension/) of Lord Krishna when he became disciple and asked for guidance then Lord Krishna delivered the sermon. Lord Krishna was highly regarded by Arjuna. Given a change to chose all the famous army/ Narayani Sena of Krishna and empty handed Krishna, Arjuna preferred empty handed Krishna. This manifest level of devotion of Arjuna and sermon is delivered to disciple not to friend. When Arjuna surrendered completely and took shelter of Divine-God the sermon of Gita started. Common people consider materials created by God as their own; on the other hand discard God. These people don’t look on Glorious God but on the Glory of God. Their minds are corrupted and believe only on the glory and disbelief on God. They do not look beyond the materialistic world. Fascinatingly, few people worship God for glory. However, it is fact that acquiring glory does not grantees God. On the other hand Glory blow down to the feet of true devotes. A true devotee does not want glory rather Divine-God. Arjuna had abandoned Glory ( Narayani Sena) and embraced God. Therefore, in battlefield Bhishma, Drona, Yudhisthir and many other great personalities were present but Lord Krishna preferred to deliver Gita to Arjuna, thereafter, Arjuna also received the state to rule, thus he received Divine-God as well as glory of God.

Lord Krishna is stating now I have taken awtar/ incarnation to appear and reestablished the yoga, the sermon which I have given to Lord Sun during the inception of the universe, the same I am sharing with you. The Karamyog which have been liberating people from attachment with the worldly affairs since ancient time will liberate the people now also.

The best secret of karmayog is that it liberate human from assumption that body and nature belong to them which bond them. It motivate human not to assume relation with body and nature and dedicate body and nature for the well-being of world in any favorable or unfavorable situation and thus abandon relation with body and nature. When

The basic understanding of secret of karamyog are “nothing belong to me, because my status is immortal, whereas whatever I have gained all will destroy, then how unrealistic and mortal belong to me? How relation can be forged between sustainable soul form and unsustainable matter?”

“ I don’t want any things. In this soul form there is no lack of supply then why to develop desire? how destroyable commodities can be useful for immortal soul-form human? The deed and its fruit ceases but bonding with them remain which cause rebirth.

“Consciously he knows he is part of the Divine God and has taken birth to serve the world and seek the truth and God. This present soul-form appearance does not need to do anything for self.”

“Appearance is truth and complete, in which no shortcoming come, therefore desire doesn’t exist.”

The disciple or practitioners does not have the affection towards anything; desire to get anything, to live long-life or fear of death. If the practitioners of karmayog have scarcity of knowledge and devotion they receive the same automatically with the blessing of Divine. Body, nerves, mind and intelligence are part of the nature, they are constantly changing and departing, any knowledge acquired by these elements is also sources from nature. “Vivek” intelligence thought are also useful in karamyog as it help in self-realising “who I am? What belong to me? What is my root and insight? What is nature and Divine-God?”

The Karamyog can be practice independently in conducive- unfavorable-atmosphere, richness-poverty condition, healthy-unhealthy status and any other conditions. Richness-poverty, criticism-praise, respect-disrespect, profit-loss, birth-death and heath-diseases are under the subject matter of karamyog. It is ignorance and foolishness to be happy and sorrow in the favorable-unfavorable conditions. We should use the favorable-unfavorable in best interest of others to get liberation from birth-death cycle.

When one follow karamyog not only he but the entire world benefits from him. Others also learn to perform their responsibility of protecting rights of others. As the Lord Sun does his own routine work timely, without any attachment or expectation, similarly Karamyogi does his routine work timely without expectation of self-interest for the benefits of others.

Pledge of Arjuna

Arjuna Stated “You have born presently; Lord Sun was born very long time back, thus how I can understand, at the time of inception of universe you only have stated this Yog to Lord Sun”. [4]

Lord Krishna has accepted Arjuna as a beloved devotee and friend, therefore without any hesitation Arjuna is asking question of the heart. The Arjuna is not arguing rather he is curious to know secret related to the birth or incarnation of Divine-God.

Pledge of Divine-God

Shree Krishna articulated — O my best devotee Arjuna, you and I have undertaken many births, I know all those you don’t. [5]

Arjuna had developed strong curiosity to know the secret of life of Lord Krishna. Lord Krishna as a friend obliged and revealed the secret of his life. This is natural law that when audiences have strong curiosity then generally speaker discloses his identity. It is true that on honest call of devotee the saint and Divine-God appear in front and fulfill the wish.

Please keep in mind that in (2/12) Lord Krishna had stated that “it is not as if I ( God) and you along with these Kings were not in the past and will not remain in coming time” . In-altogether God and his part human-soul will remain forever.

Further, Lord Krishna is clarifying to Arjuna who was considering Divine-God as bodily similar to him “that time to time you and Me have taken several births. However, my births are of different kind (4/6) and your births are of different kind (8/19, 13/21&26).

There are many Jatiasmaran / caste-conscious creatures who know their previous births. During the ancient /vedic civilization Jati was referred to past and present background of a person which is different from the present caste-function. These people are able to know the past births through devotion and meditation. However, their knowledge about their own past births is limited. In contradiction to this Divine-God by own know details of the entire births of others and own, He does not need to meditate to know this. Please note that the knowledge of Divine-God doesn’t distinguish incidents like past, present and future, in integrated knowledge of Divine-God all are in present form (7/26). Because Divine-God is being present in every part of territory, time, material, creature and circumstance etc. in complete form, and is always in attit.

Ignorant people are attached with destroyable materials and give important to these materials which impede the development of knowledge or conscious of human; therefore, men are not able to recognize his own previous births. Due to blindness of material-desires/kamana when human are not able to recognize present responsibility, forget about knowledge of previous births. Arjuna is also in same trap.

Material world is moving towards scarcity, when human develop relation with nature he also develop feeling of scarcity and therefore to get rid of scarcity develop material desire and become bonded. This is not understood by demonic mentality. When human abandon accumulation of worldly material for sense of belongingness or ownership, affection, hate, comfort, pleasure he become capable of knowing his previous births.

The devotees should be happy that Divine-God knows everything, they are being watched constantly by Divine-God, in whatever condition they may be but they are in the knowledge of Divine-God.

I being un-born and un-destroyable, God of (presence in) entire creatures, by keeping my nature underneath, appear with my self-maya/yogmaya. [6]

Man born and die. However, Divine-God is unborn but He appear, and though being un-destroyable disappear. To appearance and disappearance is the divine phenomenon of God. Divine-God is forever, omnipresence, exist before the born of world.

All living creatures were invisible before the birth, and after the death they will be again invisible only in-between they are visible (explainable). (Gita-2/28) However, Divine-God is always evident or existing like Sun. This mean Sun remains same before the Sunrise and after the Sunset. Sun always remain alike however, due to location factor vision of people detect Sunrise and Sunset. Similarly appearance and disappearance of Divine-God is matter of limitation of vision of men, in-fact Divine-God is always apparent or say exist without any changes.

Birth or say incarnation of Divine-God is not like birth of other creatures which is subject to cause of deed or karma, nor do changes arise in his appearance or body and die like any ordinary person. At the time of incarnation in human-world Divine-God appear like a baby, but even at that time possess full-phases infinite divine power. Shree Krishna had killed several giants like putna, shaktasur, trenawart, adhhasur in his childhood stage. The power and strength etc. of man changes, face up and down, but this is not in the cases of Divine-God. Divine-God remains intact with his infinite divine power.

As long Divine-God does not appear in human-world He is not visible by limited vision of human even when he exists all the times. Those who keep distance from or are unattached from Divine-God, through yogmaya Divine-God become invisible for them. Man who is curious to realize the Divine-God and keep on devotion and meditation, when he totally surrender to Divine-God abandoning affection, hate, greed and angry etc., then Divine-God become noticeable for him. This process burn the ignorance and sin of human and he is ultimately enlightened and attend or realize his soul-form.

The person who is unattached from Divine-God face two restrictions one is of own foolishness and another is yogmaya of Divine-God. They do not perceive Divine-God even when power and effect of Divine-God emerge. The best example is that when Dropati had prayed to Divine-God in court in front of all to save her respect, Divine-God heard and whole world saw the manifestation of power of Divine-God. Dusasan was not able to pull the saree –cloth, the dress which Dropati was wearing to undress her openly in front of all, length of saree/cloth became infinite. Even witnessing this divine miracle due to ignorant and foolishness Dusashan, Duryodhan and Karana etc. were not affected and failed to recognized and accept the Divine-God. The affect of Divine-God was in front of all but many of them were not able to understand and acknowledge it.

To fulfill the wish of devotees, to enlighten the human world and to liberate the creature from suffering etc. the Divine-God on mercy He take birth or incarnation and become visible the appearance and disappearance of Divine-God is on His mercy and top secret.

In spite of being in material world, Divine-God is same unborn, eternal form of bliss and knowledge, changeless in power and intelligence. He performs wonderful and superhuman activities while he is on this earth. The story and song depicting the incarnation of Divine-God has such great divine potential that it liberate the human. Human who is constantly in companion of the Lord he is liberated.

O descendant of Bharat! When-when religion downfall and anti-religion grew up, then-then I produce myself in visible-form. [7]

Increase of suppression and exploitation of pious, simple, innocent, weak people by the infidels, sinful, characterless, resourceful, powerful people, and extreme decline of best quality characters in people and extreme increase of ill-characters in people are manifestations of decline of religion and rise of anti-religion.

Whenever there is need, incarnation of Divine-God take place. Divine-God may take incarnation several times in an era as per necessity and opportunities arise. Divine-God participated in samundramanthan or churning of the ocean with the face of Ajit, in the appearance of kashyap adopted Mandrachal and in the figure of Sahastrabahurup exerted presser upon Mandrachal. In the figure of Mohine distributed amrit/nectar to Devatas or Demi-Gods. Divine-God had appeared in several forms at same times.

Human forget his sustainable soul form which has no scarcity, and develop desire to enjoy mortal wordily materials in false assumption of attending happiness and solutions and cause his own downfall. Increase in affection with bhog or material-joy and accumulation correspondingly augments anti-religion in society. As the religion decline the character of people is more orientated towards anti-religion. These compel the Divine-God to take incarnation and check the downfall of human. The main objective of incarnation of God is to established religion and uproots anti-religion.

When deed is driven with desire for material-joy religion of human fall, and he is deviated from performing his own prescribed responsibility duty or karma, which is example of anti-religion. Divine-God take incarnation to destroy this desire of material-joy.

On the special order of Divine-God, saints and pious appear on earth to establish satta or sovereignty of religion. The saints and pious help in checking the decline of religion and same time restoring the religion. When people do not follow saints and pious rather eliminate them, as limited people remain spreading the message of Divine-God, devotees are not seen crossing realization of element of Divine, Divine-God heart is filled with sorrow, and then Divine-God itself takes incarnation.

Satyayug, tretayug, dwaperyug and kaliyug are various yug or era.

To protect the devotees and saints, eradicate evil doers and establish properly sovereignty of religion, I appear in era- era. [8]

To ensure the flow of intelligence, anurag-affection with divine, divine conscious, and austere in human and to abolish the desire for material-joy, angry, violence and affection-hate etc. abnormalities which pollute and corrupt the human and society Divine-God or say Godhead descend for material manifestation in material plane.

One whose nature is to protect the rights and well-beings of others and his sole aim is to realize the element of Divine and also awaken the human community on religion and their responsibilities, he is a saint.

The saints play critical role in eradicating anti-religion and propagating religion. Therefore, protection of saints is concern of the Divine-God. To work for the good of others is the character of saints. Such is their commitment and devotion that their sainthood increases in adverse situations. The saints have great feeling for animal, birds, trees, mountain, human, devatas or Dime-Gods, pitar or departed soul of family, saints and pious etc. They are indulged in devotion of Divine-God and dedicated to the works of God. One whose single motive is realization of Divine-God is Saint and whose aim is worldly material is anti-saint. As desire for material-joy increases in human his sainthood diminishes and whose desire for material-joy diminishes his sainthood increases. The material-joy is main reason for downfall of Saint. One who achieves self-realization by sainthood, other people are also benefited automatically by them.

The Divine-God protects Saint, sage, pious and common people denote wider meaning.

Un-holy cunning bad people propagate anti-religion and eliminate religion. Therefore, Divine-God appears to finish those miscreants. Those people due to excesses of kamana or material-joy are indulge in lying, cheating, cunning, fraud and dishonesty, and curb innocent, fair, simple, saint people and those who are involve in damaging others, those who don’t know devotion and realization of Divine-God, has nature to oppose Divine-God and holy books, they are referred as evil people in this sloke-verse.

Divine-God is equally presence in all and doesn’t have any enmity with anyone (9/29) then why Divine-God kills evil people?

Divine-God does not have enmity or hate with anyone, those who have enmity, hostility and hate with devotee they are disliked by Divine-God. Divine-God annihilate the evil people who abuse holy and saint people and reform them into pure and holy. Thus Divine-God is well wisher of both the devotee and the aggressor or evil.

Divine-God don’t hate any living being; support everyone in same way and nurture them. The earth created by God is for everybody without any discrimination; it is not that holy people have special status. Food produced end hunger of every one, water end thirst of everyone; air is for every one breading, Sun throw light to everyone equally, etc. These show the great liberal, even character of Divine-God and as well as of earth, air, grain, water and sun etc. who function according to the divine law.

Divine-God appears to kill evil person when he consider that no one other than Him in the world can kill that particular evil person, and when there is warranted situation. In such cases the role of Saints remains limited to awakening the human community and Divine-God become annihilator. Divine-God does not oppose evil people He oppose their sins for the benefit of them and entire world. If evil people abandon sin than there is no reason for Divine-God to take incarnation.

Once Mother Parvati awarded benediction that women of dynasty of Raksasa will deliver their babies at the time of conception and upon the birth, the children will immediately grow up to become the size of the mother. Ravana or Dasagriva was granted benediction or blessing that he will not be killed by human or Demi-Gods and can assume form of anyone at will by Lord Brahma, beside he was knowing hundreds of conjuring tricks. Further, he has stolen celestial chariot pusphak of Lord Kuver. Meghananda son of Ravana, was blessed by Vishnu with benediction of power to become invisible, and to create darkness within the enemy’s ranks and received celestial chariot and various weapons from Lord Shiva. The Supreme Lord took incarnation in form of Lord Rama and Lord Mahavir in monkey form took incarnation to deal such people created havoc in there worlds. Ravana has attacked state of several kings of earth, abode of Lord Varun-the king of water, Bhogavati the capital of Lord Vasuki, the king of Nagas, domain of Lord Yamaraja and abode of Lord Indra. Meghananda has made Lord Indira prisoner and earned name of Indrajit and on realize of Lord Indira benediction from Lord Brahma of a special chariot on which seating and fighting battle he will be immune from death. Once Nalakuvara, son of Lord Kuver cursed Ravana that if he would enjoy any women against her will his head will split into seven pieces. Nandi has cursed Ravana that in future powerful monkey well take birth who will annihilate his entire race. Lord Rama took up the arrow that Agastya Rsi had given Him, the feathers of the wonderful arrow were supplied by Garuda and presided over by Lord Vayu-air, the razor sharp head was created with the combined energy of Fire-God and the Lord Sun, Mount Meru and Mount Mandra contributed their gravity, becoming the arrow’s weight, and its shaft was made of a subtle, ethereal element. Empowering the arrow with required mantra, Lord Rama released the terrible brahmastra, striking violently the chest of Ravana, he vomited blood from his ten mouths and fell down death upon the ground and thereafter fierce arrow entered into the earth and reentered to quiver of Lord Rama.( Source: Ramayana, by-Bhakti Vikasa Swami Prabhupada, ISKCON)

The sermon and order of affectionless action i.e. considering benefit of all in own benefit is religion. Lack of affectionless action and important given to unsustainable materials increases evil character. Therefore, God appear with displaying character of un-attachment with worldly materials, publicize un- affectioned karma or deed without expectation and facilitate establishment of religion. (3/22)

Even though Divine-God can kill evil people and establish religion without appearing in self in visible form, for the special blessing to the living creatures and additional interest and mercy, Divine-God take incarnation. Thus a tradition and norm of incarnation of Divine-God is continuing since the inception. According to the concerns of a particular era Divine-God appear with specific agenda.

When human knowingly his responsibility does not perform his duty and get indulge in prohibited deed, it create concern for Divine-God.

The Divine-God is foundation is of religion therefore to establish or reinforce the sovereignty of religion Divine-God take incarnation. He takes incarnation in different era in different form according to the need or agenda.

O Arjuna! My transcendental birth and deeds are divine, this way the human who know Me by element, he after death does not take rebirth in this material world rather attend My eternal abode. [9]

The Divine-God is omnipresence but He is not visible by nerves-sense system of human, His incarnation or appearances is not like birth of creature cause by karma or deed rather a divine phenomenon at His own will. His deed is to abolish cause of evil deed, and to ensure sustain flow of element which facilitates realization, stability of principle of religion, all those are divine in nature. Only who has realized the element of Divine, he is able to acknowledge the birth or incarnation and deeds of Divine-God and following the principle of Divine he is unattached from worldly material and liberated from birth-death cycle. He who is in his soul-form he realize the element of Divine. He who has “anurag” only affection with Divine-God he is able to acknowledge the Divine-God.

One who understand with conviction the truth of appearance of Divine-God, he is liberated from material bondage and return to the kingdom of Divine-God. In other words such faithful devotee of the Lord attends perfection and consequently transcendental association of the Lord is guaranteed. One who does not understand the Supreme Lord he is surely in the mode of ignorance. Therefore, one shall cultivate divine consciousness to attend perfection and liberation.

Divine-God on His own wish, on mercy upon the creature, appears in any form and performs drama according to His set agenda. How Divine-God appears and disappears is a divine phenomenon and mystery in human world. When human-being read, listen and remember the drama or deed of incarnation of Divine-God his internal nerve-mind-body become clean from affection-hate, greed, angry etc. abnormalities. This is the divine glory of deed of Divine-God. In sum-up Divine-God takes incarnation with sole purpose of salvation of human-being.

Arjuna has requested to clarify on the birth of Divine-God, but out of mercy Divine-God has started explaining also his divine deeds in expectation that deed of human community shall also be divine. And for that expectation Divine-God provide human body with intelligence, so that applying intelligence human shall understand what should be done and what shall not be done.

Divine-God is unattached from the feeling of Doer while performing entire function or deed (Bhagavad-Gita: 4/13), and He does not have any expectation of enjoying fruits of deed (Bhagavad-Gita: 4/14). Divine-God performs deed only for the good for others. Similarly when human perform his all deeds for the good for creatures he is considered to knowing birth and deed of Divine-God. Actually assuming relation with mortal worldly materials internal nerves-mind, deed and materials are corrupted. When human abandon his assumed relation with worldly materials, his internal nerves-mind, deed and materials become pure and clean. When human abandon completely his material desire his all worldly and heavenly deeds become divine.

The mercy to creatures of Divine-God is main cause for His incarnation, when human know divine glory of Divine-God in this way he become devotee. Devotion help human in realization of element of Divine. Not performing the responsible deed and expecting benefit from the performed responsible deeds is obstacle in realization of element of Divine. When human is unattached from his deed he easily realize the element of Divine.

Being completely free from affection, fear and anger, and totally abandoning ego attached with Me taking My shelter, many devotees purified by divine knowledge form austerity, have consciously attended My element. [10]

Those whose heart is filled with pain seeing sins of world, for them Divine-God construct his visibale form. To realise the element of divine is divine-knowledge. It is very difficult for materially affected bodily consious human, whose body is perishable and lead completely miserable life in ignorance, to understand nature of eternally blissful Supreme Lord or absolute truth and thus does not give much attention to spiriual life and take the shelter of mortal soverignty of mateial world. To get free from this material concept of life one should seek guidance of bona fide spiritual master and refuge of Divine-God.

The ignorant deviated from Divine-God develop affection with the worldly materials, when material for which affection is achived human develop “mamta” sense of belongingness with that material, on the contrary if that material is not gained desire for that material is develop. When desired material is achieved human develop greed for that matrial, he want to accumulate that material. If there is obstacle in gaining that desired material then human get angry, further if obstacle creater is stronger and powerful and if he can further damage or harm him, in that posibility fear is created. These way affection with mortal material create or is source of fear, angry, greed, belongingness or possessiveness and desire etc. abnormalities. When affection is abondoned all other abnormalities are also ceases alongwith it. When human acknowledge that nature is created by Divine-God, He is the owner of nature, He has created nature for the good of all creatures, every creature has equal right to use nature, and when human use nature without considering it own for the only benefits of world he become free from affection-hate etc.

When human is attracted towards Divine-God acknowledging His glory and that His sole objective is well-being of creature, and material attachment is obstacle in realisation of element of divine, human develop curiosity to attend sustainable divine peace and happiness and get ready to abandon bonding with nature. When human take shelter of Divine-God his attachent with nature and affection, greed, fear and angry etc. abnormalities ceases. He does not belief in any other overeignty that of Divine-God. He acknowledge that all creatures and objects of material world does nit have any independent soveregnty all are dependent on Divine-God for life and energy.

A divine conscios human does not have his own independent soveregnty, his function exhibit mainly love, principle and conduct of Divine-God. He very well know that bonding with body-nature, only increse dependency on matter and ultimately cause dawnfall into rebirth. When human understand law of divine that deed cause death-birth, he abandon affection to material and his abnormalites ceases, which make him pure and enable him to develop union with Divine-God.

Assuming mortal objects not of and for own and using nature in best way for the creatures or entire world is devine knowledge austerity and best amoung the all kind of austerity and penance. This devine knowledge form austerity facilitate human to liberate from death-birth cycle and attend sustainable peace and happy in divine world.

To communicate through meditation is best way to reach Divine-God. As soon as ripples of worldly desires ceases to exist, one easily realise the element of divine.

O Arjuna! The way devotee seeks asylum in view of that I provide shelter to them, because all the men in all ways follow my path. [11]

Divine-God accepts and embraces devotee in similar way as devotee feel, the way want to develop relation and the way devote take shelter of Divine-God. For example, when devotee accepts Divine-God as his guru or spiritual master Divine-God become best Guru, if consider as a follower/student He become best student, if consider father-mother He become best father-mother, if consider son He become best son, if consider brother He become best brother, if consider friend He become best friend. When devotee become curious for Divine-God, Divine-God also becomes curious for Devotee. This is His extraordinary, mercy, liberal and kindness character.

Arjuna considered Lord Krishna as his best friend and wanted Divine-God to become his Sarathi or chariot driver, Lord Krishna became his best Sarathi. Vishwamitra accepted Lord Rama as student Lord Rama became his best student. Lord Rama refused to disobey the order of his father King Dasrath and went to vanwas as an obedient son. The owner of the infinite universe behaves as per the desire of the devotees this is his versatile liberal friendly kindness character. If devotee dedicates his all energy towards realization of Divine-God then Divine-God also applies his full energy to embrace him. The devotee is itself obstacle in realizing Divine-God, Divine-God and devotee are one, but many devotees do not accept this but Divine-God never consider any one separate from Him. If you offer your everything and completely yourself to Divine-God similarly Divine-God provides you His everything and disposes Himself to you. Divine-God work and maintain relation in this way. If devote come to the shelter of Divine-God abandoning his past sin. God forgive him, embrace him and make him like a saint.

The human shall consider that only Divine-God belong to him and he belong to only Divine-God, none other belong to him, he does not belong to anyone.

Divine-God is equal to believer and non believer. Divine-God is indifferent in your good and worst time. Divine-God is always same. Divine-God love to them and do their kalian or wellbeing those who hate Him or have enmity with Him. Best example is Lord Rama stated to Angadjee while sending him to the court of Ravana to keep in mind that our work is accomplished and also is in interest of Ravana. (Manas 6/17/4)

Divine-God want to educate human community that as the human maintain good relation with Him, He also maintain good relation with them, similarly human shall maintain good relation as expectation of others, without expecting any return from them. Abandoning proud and interest serving others liberate human from bonding with nature and birth-death cycle and facilitate him in realizing element of Divine. Divine-God becomes facilitator of unattached curious devotee and become his savior and alerts him in every step and ensures his success in internal conflict with nature and finally embraces him.

When Divine-God expect that none of his devotee shall damage others than how Divine-God can work against anyone? The relation with Divine-God is always good for the human-being. Further, Divine-God expect people to follow him and honor best relationship of friendship, wife- husband, brother-brother, brother-sister, with father-mother and with son-daughter, etc. if you consider others, widen feeling for others then automatic love for Divine-God will develop. Proud and selfishness are obstacle, people fail to recognize the sustainable relation with Divine-God and affection developed towards unsustainable worldly relations. Proud-less and selfless love is path of realization of Divine-God. When man considers his relation with only Divine-God, this sustainable relation provides shelter under the Divine-God then how without order of Divine-God any action can be taken against him? Beside this all his activities are in congruence with the order of Divine-God.

They human-beings worship God for the maturity of fruits of their deeds, because they promptly get results produced out of deeds. [13]

Human-beings who belief in that omnipresent Divine-God is cause of everything, worships Divine-God to realize affect from performing prescribed responsible deeds. Their yagna or worship mainly comprises austerity, restrain and burning affection-hate, angry, greed, violence etc. abnormalities in nerves in awaken form and the result is realization of Divine-God, entry into divine world. The statement of Divine-God “people of human world worship Divine-God to achieve divine result” which denote they gradually accumulate or strengthen own “devi-sampada” divine property.

Divine-God in chapter three has suggested human-beings to promote Divine-God through sacrifice, ritual, worship and meditation etc. and increase own “devi-sampada” divine property. As “devi-sampada” divine property in heart increases correspondingly human is elevated in divine path. This facilitates divine elevation throughout the life. Divine-God has further clarified that those human-beings who perform deeds without any expectation according to His principle and want gradually to accumulate “devi-sampada” divine property, they promptly realize affect or sustainable divine fruits in form of element of Divine.

Human by performing attached deed access or accumulate mortal worldly materials, the access to worldly objects are deed born, but realisation of element of divine is possible only by abandoning affection-hate or material-joy from the deeds and dedication of deeds for the universal well-beings. Mortal worldly deeds produces only mortal fruits, whereas when human is unattached from the deeds, dedicated for universal well-beings then his deed become divine and he achieve immortal divine peace and happiness. Human when perform deed for self he is bonded (Bhagavad-Gita: 2/47) and when he performs deed for others, he is liberated from birth-death cycle (Bhagavad-Gita: 3/9).

According to the three modes of material nature the deed have been divided into four categories by Me. Though being creator of that universe planate you consider Me infinite unchangeable Divine-God as non doer. [13]

Four division or varna of deed have been formulated by Divine-God, please note division is recommended of deed not of human-being or human society. According of the property, deed has been divined into four caterories. Propery of “Satvik-Rajash-Tamsh Gun” are mesuring scale of nature of work.

When human is influence by property of Tamas he exhibit laziness, sleep, day-dream, inactivness, incencetive to his responsibility, knowingly not able or helpless to withdraw from prohibited deed. In such how he can initiate austery and penance worship retual. His mind is not concentrated on virtue deed and miditation, he is busy in fabricating false argument, ingulfed in material thought after thought. The best option for such people is to be in association with the unchanable, infinite, selfsufficent and immortal Divine-God or one who is elivated in realising element of Divine, this will supress the polluted culture and inculcate and strengthen divine habbit which facilitate human to realise element of Divine.

Gradually when “Tamsh” quality or property minimise and “Rajash” property dominate and flow of ‘satvik” property initiate that human-being attend capability of vaisyas. This devotee try to tame his own nerves-mind or material attachment, initiate naturally accumulating divine property. By performing constantly unattached deed progressively devotee is dominated by property of “Satvik”, property of “Rajash” diminish, property of “tamsh” rest or subsidise, at that time he attend status of Ksatriyas, the character of bravery, capability to perform own responsibility deeds, do not surrender or go back or not to accept defeat, self-respect in every feeling, and ability to cut the property of nature “Satvik-Rajash-Tamsh Gun” cast or radiate divine property in his nature or behave. Gradually when deed become micro and only property of “satvik” remain to operate, that deevotee attend the capability of restraining nerves-mind, concentration, simplicity, meditation, samadhi, follow of divine orders, naturally become eligible to enter divine world and he is called of Brahmanas category, and finally he attend Brahma alive and is above than Brahmanas, Ksatriyas, Vaisyas and Sudras.

Brahmanas, Ksatriyas, Vaisyas and Sudras are the four categories according the the gun or property of nature born deed. The type of works of particular humanbeing is influence by the modes of material nature which he acquire. Deed is only one, that is prescribed responsibility deed, diffrenciating the capability of performing various property of deed, it has been categorised into four types.

Divine-God is creator of everything, everything is sustained by Him and after ceases everything rests in Him. The creator or doer of creation of world who is infinite, invariable, self-sufficent, immortal want to consider himself as unattached from the feeling of doer or remain non-doer, why? it is explained in next stanza.

Divine-God is communicating the glory of His deeds to human world. while performing deeds He is unattached with the deeds, the material used for the deeds and fruits produced from the deeds, which is a divine quality.

I do not have attachment with the fruits of deed therefore deed does not affect Me, He who know Me with element he is also not bonded with deed. [14]

Divine-God is not attached with his deed because he does not expect to enjoy fruits of deed, he lack doer feeling and there is no discrimination or partiality in His deeds, deeds are dedicated for the universal well-beings. Divine-God is sharing His example to motivate the human that they should also not have attachment with deeds and they shall also works for well-beings of others, so that they will not be bonded with the deed.

Divine-God has stated in the previous stanza thirteen that in spite of being creator of world He does not have feeling or proud of creating world and in this stanza He is stating that He does not have attachment or enjoy fruits of deeds. Therefore, devotee shall also be free from the deed and as well as with fruits of deed.

Divine-God is creator of material world however He is not affected or benefited by the activities of this material world, He remains aloof. The Lord give living entities facilities and regulations of the modes of nature, but never responsible for their past and present activities. The living entities are entangled in the fruitiive results of deed and become bonded with nature and deed-born rebirth.

When human has material desire he is deviated from Divine-God, he is not able to concentrate on divine path. When human is free from doer feeling and fruits of deed he is liberated from birth-death cycle and attends Brahma. The abandoning of desire purifies the internal nerves-mind. Human shall acknowledge that nature belongs to entire creatures and he shall not develop the feeling of owner of nature, he has only right to use the nature for the benefits of all. We shall avoid demanding from Divine-God rather shall surrender mind, body and everything to Divine-God for the use of universal well-beings. This facilitates realization of element of divine.

All the liberated souls in ancient times acted on understanding that affect of deed shall be realization of element of Divine, Therefore, you also following ancestors perform deed to achieve sustainable divine result. [15]

The ignorant person or neophytes in divine path generally want to retire without attending divine conscious. Divine-God is giving warning to Arjuna that being divine awaken devotee, willing to attend salvation, as his ancestors wanted, he should not withdraw from performing responsible deed in battlefield rather continue to pursue element of divine by fulfilling his responsibility. When human in divine conscious pursue responsibility deeds he is liberated from dangerous fear of birth-death cycle. Divine-God know the present and past activities of everyone thus he is recalling the name of few who in past has follow unattached deed for the protection of rights and well-beings of others.

Arjuna wanted to get liberation from birth-death and attend divine world for ever without any expectation to enjoy worldly and heavenly pleasure. Arjuna was hesitating to participate in war thinking that it is gross evil and will cause sin and hell. Therefore, Divine-Lord is mentioning past divine conscious “Ksatriya” have attended salvation while performing their duty unattached.

The glory of divine conscious is such that human abandon his affection-hate with deeds and make all his deeds beneficial for the world. The religion suggest not to abandon deeds or family life or responsibility rather to perform responsibility deed abandoning affection, hate, greed and angry etc. to achieve salvation. Karmayog advocated by Divine-God facilitate human to perform his responsible deeds while remaining in union with Divine-God.

When human perform deed in expectation of mortal material-joy, wealth, honor, appreciation, enjoy heaven etc. then deeds bond him with nature (Bhagavad-Gita: 3/9) which cause his downfall in term of hell and rebirth.

In sum-up divine conscious human perform deed in the interest of world therefore, Arjuna is expected to participate in war to liberate the world from evil sovereignty of Duryodhana.

What is karma? What is akarma? -this way scholars are also astonish on this subject. Hence, I will very well clarify that karma element, knowing which you will liberate yourself from the ashub/bad fortune of worldly affection that is attachment with the fruits of karma. [16]

People generally consider karma (deed) as function of nerve and human body and when function of nerve and human body stop there is no karma (deed). In contrast to this only function of body, tongue (speech) and mind is considered karma (deed) by Divine-God. (Bhagavad-Gita: 18/15)

Intention attached with the karma, deed decides the noun of karma. For example, if someone is doing karma in form of adoration to God then this is a form of satwika (divine). However, if doer is performing this to realize his material desire, then that karma become rajasha (materialistic) and performing to devastate someone, than same karma become tamasa (demon).

Similarly, when doer is free from the desire to enjoy the fruit of the karma, affection and belongingness , then deed perform by him become akarma (virtue-deed or non-deed) it does not bond him with deed and nature. When doer is indulge in the fruit of his deed then the function became karma or simple common deed. Many time great scholars are confused on this matter, they are not able to decide on the element of deed. The action which is regarded as karma may be of karma, or akarma or bikarma. The reason is that intention of doer change the nature of karma. Therefore, Lord Krishna is clarifying that what is real karma? Why it build relation? How it build relation? How to get freedom from this? — all will be analyzed, knowing that doing karma through that ritual, one is neither attached with affection-hate nor bonded with nature.

If human is attached with affection, belongingness and desire for material- joy he while not performing any physical deed is indulge in deed and bonded with nature. If he is free from affection, belongingness and desire for material- joy, while performing deed or remaining inactive or indifferent he is unattached from deed, lack the feeling of doer and not bonded with nature and his deed become akarma, a virtue deed which cause his salvation or liberation from birth-death cycle. All these denote that if doer is attached then doer is active or inactive both is case of deed and bonding in nature causing rebirth and if doer is unattached in that case either he is active or inactive his thought and deed become akarma, virtue-deed or non-deed and he is liberated.

God is stating two types of karma, deed, karma and akarma, karma which is performed for material gratification of self or family or community, bond human and cause rebirth and akarma which is virtue deed which is performed for protection of rights of others liberate human from birth-death cycle.

Abandoning responsibility deed due to laziness or comfort or affection is not a virtue rather a condemnable sin ( Bhagawad-Gita: 18/7&8). This act does not free from attachment with deed and nature, rather this bonded human with nature. Performing deed by abandoning affection of enjoyment of fruits of deed is divine (Bhagawad-Gita: 18/9).

Arjuna feel not participating in the war will be kalyankarak a factor of betterment. On this Lord Krishna responded that abandoning war is not of a akarma status , it will not free him from attachment with worldly affection (Bhagawad-Gita: 3/4). On contrary he can attain akarma while participating in war ( Bhagavad-Gita 2/38). Therefore, you shall understand the element of what is akarma? Therefore human shall understand this akarma or virtue deed with element.

When human are attached with karma, human will get liberation through only by performing karma free from affection, hate, greed and angry dedicating for the well-being of others. Divine-God is vowing that he will explain very well that method of karma, through which practicing karma human will get freedom from birth-death cycle and worldly affection.

Karmayog is not an ordinary deed, it is service to creatures in which sacrifice is the basis principle in services, both the services and sacrifice is not deed rather vivak (awakened mind) and intelligence is core factor.

Body, nerve, mental and brain, etc. whatever we posses we have obtained and that will depart. We don’t have the right to consider materials as own which we have received from nature and Divine-God. We have the right to utilise those materials obtain from world for the services of world. The sacrifice of own soul form or Divine-God can never occur, the sacrifice or abandon of materials which doesn’t belong to us, that is self proven. We abandon object which does not belong to us, by mistake we understand owner of that object of nature created by Divine-God, if we abandon this assumption it is case of vivek (awakened intelligence).

All the material gratification deeds are perform with the help of material of nature, which is caused by divine-God, to use the material of world for the benefit of world is example of awakened intelligence. The services to the world and sacrifice are caused by awaken intelligence. The deed performs for the benefit of others is virtue services. Human with the help of vivek ( awaken intelligence) distinguish between virtue deed and evil deed and abandoning evil deed and shift to virtue deed.

To realize element of God parmatamatatwa through meditation is also karma. The parmatamatatwa is presence equally and completely in every territory, times, materials, creatures, body, nerves, mental, brain and souls etc. which is acknowledges only when human perform deeds for the rights of others and abandon his ego and bonding with nature.

Know the form of Karma, also know the form of Akarma and also know the form of Bikarma because the knowledge of karma is a very intense subject. [17]

Being unattached while practicing karma (deed) is actually knowing the basis element of karma (deed). Divine-God has further explained in (4/18) to makes you understand the form of karma.

Karma which looks as mono form has three part due to inner intention of the performer of Karma (deed), Akarma (virtue deed or unattached deed without any expectation) and Bikarma (evil-deed). Deed performed with material desires is called karma (deed). Deed perform free from material desire, affection and belongingness etc. only for the well-being of others then the deed is transform into Akarma or virtue deed. The deed even prescribed in scripture is perform with the intention to cause benefit or harm or pain for someone, is of Bikarma or evil deed in nature. The prohibited deeds are already Bikarma. The sensual desire or material gratification is cause of Bikarma (Bhagavad-Gita: 3/36–37).

Kamana, material desires generate karma, when kamana become too excessive then people are indulging in Bikarma -sinful-acts, for vested interest of self or someone near and dear, and even ready to harm others. When doer performs karma without any affection unattached with the fruits, Karma becomes Akarma. In-other words Karma accomplished following the religion is Akarma. Lord Krishna has stated that even when violent act like war is conducted following the principle of religion, with the feeling of equality which denote and considering won-defeat, profit-loss and happiness-sadness all equally it became Akarma, which otherwise look as Bikarma due to its violent nature (2/48).

Which deed liberate human from birth-death cycle and which deed bond human with birth-death cycle is difficult to distinguish, even scholars find it very difficult to know what is Karma, Akarma and Bikarma?

Divie-God has mentioned Bikarma only in this stanza, because Karma and Bikarma is very close cause by sensual and material desire understanding Karma and Akarma by element it facilitate human to abandon material gratification and Karma as well as Bikarma.

The focus of Divine-God in (4/19–21) stanzas is on inclusion of Akarma in all Karma, therefore all Karma shall converted into Akarma, Karma shall not be bonded while performing. The message is that people shall remain unattached from the fruit of Karma, so that it becomes virtue deed. Bikarm action unauthorized by scripture is very near to Karma, kamana or desire to enjoy material inclusive Karma is main cause of Bikarma. Therefore, Divine-God is emphasizing on abandoning of kamana (sensual and material desire) and thereby embracing of Akarma. When kamana vanish then automatically only Akarma is establish there is no question of occurrence of Bikarma or perverted actions.

The divine conscious human with perfection unattached from body-nature or ego free from material desire is unaffected from the deed or profit- loss of deed, even then he perform deed for the benefits of others hence his deed become Bikarma or virtue deed.

The man who perceive akarma in karma (deed) and who perceive karma in akarma, he is intelligence among the men and that yogi is doer of the entire karma. [4/18]

Visualizing akarma (virtue deed) in karma (deed) signify remaining unattached or having no desire of enjoying the fruits of deed while performing or not performing any karma (deed). The feeling that I am of doer of this deed, and I shall receive that fruit of deed to me bond human karma (deed). The every karma has start point and end point likewise its fruits is also germinate and ceases. However, human being in the form of immortal soul an image of God will ever sustain. Though the life in itself is free from the ever changing karma and its fruits but due to attachment of human with the fruit, bonding with karma start taking place.

When human does not have desire for sense gratification, new affection does not produces , and by performing deed without affection for the benefit of others, the old material desire of human ceases and he gradually completely free his internal sense-mind from affection-hate and his all karma (deed) become akarma or virtue deed.

Birth of any living-being is according to the karma-bonding or cause by deed. When human take birth in a family he became automatically part of the indebt of that family, and thus he start inheriting immediately responsibility from family, society and territory.

If you do not have attachment with fruit than new affection does not germinate, and karma (deed) is perform solely for the benefit of others and same time it finish old affections. Thus none existing of any bonding with affection a yogi or actor become affection-less and his every karma became akarma. Every responsibility karma done for the solely for the interest of world, the flow of that karma move towards world, thus actor become unattached, this is searching akarma in karma.

As long as you are attached with nature, till then being active in any karma or remaining absent from any karma, the both situations fall into karma. Therefore, the karmayogi shall remain unattached in both the status either engaged in karma or absent from karma. Being unattached while doing karma signify not having any desire of that we will get good fruit by doing karma, we will get profit, we will realize success, people will consider us good, and we will enjoy present world and heaven etc. Similarly being unattached while not doing any karma signify not having any desire that by abandoning karma we will get respect, honor, bhog and leisure or rest for body, etc.

Seeing karma in akarma signify human free from affection of its fruits perform karma (deed) or remain absent from karma or in other words remain unattached internally from affection, hate, greed, angry while doing or not doing any karma. A karmayogi is active or in active from deed considering only benefit of the worlds, he has no self benefiting purpose. If he has self benefiting purpose than he is nor karamyogi rather a simple karmi or worker/staff. Unattachment is self religion/swadharma a matter of own swarup or union with divine-God, whereas doing karma or not doing karma is other-religion/perdhram a matter of function of body and nature causing rebirth.

Man forgets his sustainable relation with God by developing bonding of affection with worldly matters. As long as man has desire to gain, his affection doesn’t ceases and till then practice of doing karma also doesn’t ceases. But when man detached himself from nature and karma and realizes sustainable fruit of relation with God then doing karma ceases for always.

He who see akarma in karma and karm in akarma he remain unattached always and he is actually who know the karma by element, consider karma as worship, have the quality to understand that he is not the doer but being carried out by divine power, when his vision is develop in this way and spontaneously karma start to flow then he should consider that his karma is moving in right direction. He is intelligent among the men, yogi among the men, intelligent attached with yog and doer of entire karma. There is no single error in his accomplished karma and maintain feeling of equality in every situation. He is liberated from the bonding with body-nature and birth-death cycle and realize element of divine.

As soon as ripples of worldly desires ceases to exist, then human is able to acknowledge everlasting happiness of the soul, and he has nothing else matters, the joy Divine-God has implanted in the soul is more charming than all the lures of worldly temptation. The effective meditation withdrew life-current from the nerves, does not allow brain to rouse worldly thought, and disengaging yours attention from objects of disturbance, enable human to accomplish much in both spiritual and material ways, at death if he hold soul awareness he go consciously and know no change.

Whose karma is accomplished by religion, begin unattached by kamana and sankalp, bonding with the karma is burnt by fire of his perfect knowledge, that great person is called pandit/scholar by sage. [4/19]

Repeating thinking of a particular subject, remembering that subject all the time, and considering this as best in all subjects, useful in work, utility in life and producer of happiness- developing such mindset is called “sankalp/wish”. And this subject matter is not good for me, is harmful- having such mindset is “vikalp/option”. Such sankalp and vikalp exist in mind. When vikalp ceased and only sankalp remain , then “I should get this subject matter, this should be mine” — this way thinking over a period of time, desire to gain those germinate, whose name is “Kamana” or material desire. Sankalp and vikalp doesn’t exist in the person who is qualified by karmayog. In other way they do not have sankalp out of kamana or material desire and nor work of sankalp is kamana or material desire. Therefore any works done by them are free from sankalp and kamana.

Sankalp and kamana- are seeds of karma (deed). Karma (deed) became akarma (virtue deed) in absent of sankalp and kamana, which mean karma no longer remain bonded with affection and rebirth. All the karma of sidhpurush or human of perfection is not bonded with affection, nature and rebirth because of absent of sankalp and kamana in them. Even indulging in entire universal wellbeing, traditionally- responsible- protective karma or deed, they are automatically unattached entirely from that karma (deed).

Human live in four type of situation 1) when he neither has worldly desire nor performs deed 2) When he has worldly desire but does not perform deed to earn it 3) When he has worldly desire and he perform deed to realize it 4) when he lack worldly desire but perform deed solely for the benefits of others. The best situation of human is when he lack desire but spontaneously and effectively perform his responsibility deed on the call of situations and protection of the rights of others and human in this situation is called “pandit” or intelligence.

Person who are qualified in karmayog do only that karma which should be done. They never do those karam which will adversely affect any one or is prohibited. The body and function are internal part of world, but ignorant people mistakenly consider body belonging to own. Great person do not have any relation with so-called own body, their body perform entire karma, but they don’t became consumer of fruits of karma (deed), never feel happy or unhappy from it. His attachment with body-nature and affection-hate with deed are burnt in his knowledge form fire and he is not affected from the deed or bonded, deed serve only the rights of others (Bhagavad-Gita: 4/16&32). This is divine knowledge and intelligence.

The person who has abandoned worldly affairs and totally indulges in devotion living renounced order of sage life understanding him is easy, but who is living a family or social life and performing entire karma being unattached is difficult to understand them, only awaken person and Divine-God can understand him.

Whose last worldly wish has ceases, he is able to identify virtue inclusive deed and by performing his responsibility deeds for others he realize element of divine and that is true knowledge, thus he is called intelligence. In other words person in divine conscious is devoid of all kinds of worldly desires, this knowledge of eternal servitorship to the Supreme-Lord is compared to fire in which bonding or reflections of deed is burnt.

Who has abandoned affection with karma and its fruits, is independent from worldly matters and is always satisfied in god realization. He by performing karma properly, in reality lack feeling of doer and beneficiary of karma. [4/20]

When the doer believe that his body and input materials of karma (deed) belong to him, he is doer or the actual producer, his karma belong to him and is for him, he will receive and enjoy the fruits of karma, he became fruit bearer, is affected by own deed and bonded. On other hand the scholar realize that he is not owner of nature and his own deed therefore nether keep relation with materials of karma and nor become purpose of fruits. He acknowledges that entire world is moving on the resolution of Divine-God and by cosmic energy.

Soul form is immortal, formless or shapeless and material deed and fruits are immortal move always towards scarcity which cannot sustain with soul, those who understand this they are easily liberated from the bonding with nature on the contrary those who ignore this fact they become slave of material desire highly depended on nature.

Independent stand for not depending to any extent on territory, time, objects, people and situation etc. Whatever the big status of the kings and wealthy people might have they are dependent on territory, time, objects, people and situation etc. However, the great person qualified by karmayog is not dependent on territory, time, objects, people and situation etc. He in divine conscious doesn’t bother whether he will get shelter or not, therefore he is independent.

Creature /soul being part of Divine-God are created in image of Divine-God. There is no dearth of truth/immortal (Gita: II/16), but when person develop relation with untruth (mortal world) he feel scarcity. To fulfill this scarcity he develops kamana or desire of worldly materials. Even achieving the desired materials the satisfaction derived is of short life, therefore kamana became never ending and he remains unsatisfied. Karmyogi is not dependent material world therefore, he automatically feels satisfied.

Human with material desires are not able to focus properly on task he is more worried about the benefits than the deed whereas human free from affection, hate, greed are stable and very well concentrate on their duty.

Nature always keeps on changing; when human keeps relation with the property of nature (“Satvik-Rajash-Tamsh Gun”) he is attached with karma even not being indulged in karma. The karma of the person qualified by karmayog is only for the interest of world. He even does not touch the fruits.

Freedom from bondage of action is possible when human in divine conscious do everything in his best ability in the best interest of others without expecting to enjoy fruitive reaction and leaving everything to Divine-God he does not feel himself as doer, acknowledge that the resources of world have been used for the good of world.

Who has won internally the body nerves, has abandoned all materials of lust, this devotee free from material wish carry out karma deed only for necessities of life, thus working do not receive sin. [4/21]

Due to predominantly existing of worldly hope and desire in human he is not able to control his body, nerves and mind etc. and is not able to give up all sense of proprietorship over his possession and act and take from nature only the extent of amount that is necessary for maintenance of his life. Karmayogi do not consider himself as doer and fruit-bearer hence do not cultivate hope and worldly desire as a consequence automatically nerves, mind and body are under his command. Because he can restrain his nerve, mind and body, he is not engage in futile activities to meet for the purpose of sense gratification.

When Karmayogi is leading a sanyasi (sage) renounced order of life then he discard all form of accumulation of worldly materials for enjoy. If he is leading a family life then his divine knowledge does not allow him to accumulate any materials for his own comfort and happiness. He does not consider the resources which he access as of his own and for own he deployed all the resources for the well-being of world. Discarding accumulation by means of consumerism-mind is must for the believer and follower of Divine-God. Even if the believer has not abandoned completely internally expectation, affection and lust etc. he aim to abandon them.

Karmayogi perform bodily-karma for self-purification assuming that all the karma accomplishing by body, nerves, mind and knowledge etc. all are part of nature created by Divine-God, he does not possess those means of deed. Furthermore, unattached people use resources to the extent of barely necessary for body-nurturing.

Person who is slightly attached with performing or nonperforming karma is eligible for sin or bonding with birth-death cycle. Whereas, human unattached from enjoying material does not develop relation with performing or nonperforming karma, thus he is not entitled for sin, his all the karma (deed) become akarma (virtue deed). The believer performs Karma out of love, compassion with people.

The laziness, day-dream and inactiveness etc. are also considering as sense gratification and cause of sin. Karmayogi is able to restrain nerves, sense and mind therefore he is free from laziness, day-dream and inactiveness etc. and he easily abandon material desire and he does not develop prohibited wish.

Yogi (sage) doesn’t consider himself as doer (Bhagavad-Gita: 5/8), he give all credit to Divine-God for all his works. Even if his vivek is not enlightened, he is clear that “nothing belongs to me, I do not need anything, I do not need to do for benefits of own”. By considering these three he checks affection and became unattached. Yogi irrespective of being sanyasi-renounced order of life or in family-life by applying vivek (intelligence) develops understanding of satta (sovereignty) which is separate from his body.

A divine conscious person do all his deed for the benefits of others he does not expect any personal sense pleasure form it, he consider himself as part and parcel of Divine-God and his deed performed in dovetailed with the desire of Supreme-Lord, thus he is not contaminated by any material sins and free from all reactions of his actions.

He who is ever satisfied with whatever he gets on its own without expecting any desire, free from conflict of happiness-sorrow, affection- hostility, joy-sorrow, lack jealous, uphold equal-feeling in sidhi and asidhi (success and failure) that person while performing karma (deed) is not bonded with it. [ 4/22]

Dissatisfaction is not caused internally from favorable-adverse situation, profit-lost, honor-dishonor, praise-criticism etc. produced by karma (deed) which is performed without any expectation of personal benefit. When person do not have expectation of worldly enjoy he is satisfied evenly in every situations. The affects of favorable-adverse situations are not for longer- term, it quickly disappear internally in performer.

The kramyogi belief in his unity with all the creatures of universe (Bhagavad-Gita: 5/7) therefore, feeling of even modest jealous against any creature does not exist. Further, karma of karmyogi is for the benefits of all creatures (man, animal, birds and plants etc.) which only help in enhancing love and kindness. Jealous-error is micro in nature; jealous may take birth out of competition even between friends, therefore, special precaution shall be taken to protect self from Jealous-error, otherwise it will affect his deeds adversely.

Favorable-adverse situation, honor-dishonor and profit-lost etc. are matter of past for karmayogi, therefore, on them internal conflict does not produce ill-effect of happiness-sad, joy-sorrow and affection- hostility etc. Conflict are of various nature like belief on form of Divine-God, enjoying devotion with God or not, received peace in life or not, received akant/space for self or not and qualified/sidhi or not etc. by not maintaining relation with these conflicts devotee attain conflict-free state of mind. Therefore he attend divine peace and happiness conscious.

Accomplishment of responsibility-karma according to standard form without any obstacles is sidhi (success) and due to any disturbance and obstacle is not accomplished is asidhi (failure). Achieving fruits from karma is sidhi, when failed it became asidhi. Non- existing of ill-affect of happiness-sad, joy-sorrow and affection- hostility etc. during sidhi and asidhi is considered equal-feeling (samanta) in sidhi and asidhi.

Karmayogi perform responsibility-karma of own class, ashram (sainthood or family-life) etc. and stay behind the fruits. His relation is with ever-remaining own soul which is his self-form, not with the ever changing matters of nature. As a consequence naturally he inculcate equal-feeling and stay unattached.

If we consider thoughtfully, equal-sense (equal-feeling) is self proven. We are same in favorable- situation and adverse-situation, if we are not same then how we would have experiences differently favorable- situation and adverse- situation. This clarify that changes occurs in situation not in our soul-form. Mistakenly we look towards situations but forget own soul-form, by-overlooking our own ever equal soul -form appearance we easily feel glad and sad with changing situations.

He who is equal in success-failure, happy-sorrow and affection-hate attend divine conscious and has no fear of failure or loss. He labors honestly for his worldly and heavenly responsible deed and whatever he obtains he is satisfied, he is steady both in success and in failure.

Whose affection has been completely destroyed, who is liberated from bodily-pride and worldly-affection and whose sense is continuously centered on the knowledge of God, man who does karma for accomplishing only yagna (sacrifice) his entire karma immerses with Brahma. [4/23]

This stanza talks about immersion of entire karmas, which is a very important phase of karmayog. When the connection of man with activities, materials, incidents and situations etc. is deeply attached with heart it become bonding factor which again put person into birth-death cycle (Bhagavad-Gita: 13/21).

Material and bodily conscious human develop relation with body, nerves, mind, intelligence, material, situation and creature etc. and with desire to derive happiness is bonded with those.

Man is trapped by his own whimsical inspirations (whatever I like that should happen, things which I do not like should not occur) which is eventual cause of sadness. Karamyogi consider all resources belonging to world and deployed the resources for the service of world therefore, flow of materials and activities tends towards world and by abandoning desire to gain material gratification, praise, honor etc. he maintain his soul-form appearance remains intact. The Karamyogi even does not consider himself as a doer. The identity of Karmayogi ceased. The doer upholds himself and makes only his service visible and relevant.

Immortal soul-form is our real, and mortal material can never develop sustainable relation with immortal soul form human, unfortunately human forget his soul-form and assume relation with body and nature, bonded and become dependent . By performing ceremony of karmayog unnatural relation with worldly affection vanishes and person is librated. In his knowledge the soul-form appearance is ever awakened. As a consequence all his karma become akarma and glorious. We know that due to kamana (desire to enjoy material) karma born, due to excessive kamana bi-karma born and in absent of kamana akarma born.

The all work-functions and materials where not existing before in the present forms and will ceased after some times but soul was existing before the birth and will remain after the death. A human who acknowledge immortal soul-form and mortal material, he abandon his relation with matter and deed and live in self proven soul conscious, become a Karmayogi and his karma (deed) become public. As a result all his karma immersed.

When man does activities to achieve something his desire to enjoy fruit of deed increases and he develop strong feeling of doer. When karama-yogi does karma abandoning affection-hate for yagna (sacrifice) that is for the interest of world his doer feeling diminish and the fruit does not rest upon him. Doer-feeling and fruit- bearer feeling of karmayogi ceased and all his karma immersed. The abandoning of feeling of I-am (doer) and This belong to me ( possessor) is vital in ritual of Karmayog. When you abandon feeling possessing it will eliminate the feeling of ego, when you abandon the feeling of ego this will eliminate feeling of possession. Though a Karmayogi free from contaminations of the material modes does not need to do any deed for self, however he perform deeds for the benefits of others and does not suffer material effects.

In the present stanza Lord Krisna has explain karma dedicated to yagna, immerse. Due to different interest, confidence and capability of believers, correspondingly the resources used are different. In coming 24–30 stanza Lord Krishna has explained different means in form of yagna.

Arpan of whose Yagna is Brahma-God who create universe and materials useful for yagna are Brahma, in addition to it through in Brahma form, the doer, in Brahma form of fire, perform ahuti process which is also Brahma — the fruit achieved by the person who is submerged in Brahma is also Brahma. [4/24]

Ahuti (sacrifice) is important in ritual of religious yagna. Ahuti is completed when it turn into fire-form which mean separate existence of materials other than the satta (sovereign) of fire ceased. Likewise when all the input-resources turn performer into perfection then yagna is executed.

Realization of element of Divine in yagna is not a feeling rather than a reality, feeling is associated with worldly materials. The twenty four to thirty stanzas explain yagna (ritual) of Karamyog. Which emphasis in that yagna (sacrifice) is performed not solely for the preservation of tradition of yagna, rather to karma (deed) turns- into akarma ( virtue deed) which benefits all.

The process of karma or say responsible deed is yagna (sacrifice) is. Other than this yagna anywhere anything performed is bonded with this worldly-affection and is not karma. Karma, responsible deed performed free from kamana or desire to enjoy worldly material, liberate you from the life-death cycle.

When man accept the satta- sovereign of Brahma he consider all the materials used in yagna — produced by Brahma or of Brahma. He very well understand that he a performer of yagna- is produced in the image of Brahma- he is hand of Brahma therefore, yagna is also being performed by Brahma. The fire in which ahuti is given is also produced by Brahma and ahuti performing process is also Brahma. His entire deed is performed in Brahma conscious, entire deed merged with Brahma, entire deed become Brahma and he is in congruence with the sovereignty of Brahma, nothing is deviated from the form of Brahma. As a fruit of his deed he realize Brahma, in his vision no other than sovereignty of Brahma exist.

Many scholars chant this stanza while eating so that eating activities also turn into yagna.

All the matters are decaying constantly or you can say dying every movement. The visible matters are moving towards invisible-form. Parlay — destruction is name of scarcity, therefore scarcity only remain. World is in form of scarcity only one unchangeable element is Brahma, on whose sovereignty scarcity form world also manifest sattawan/ empowered.

Other yogi-people (sage) perform God-realisation form yagna (sacrifice ritual), and remaining yogi-people perform hawan/ritual in soul-form yagna/ sacrifice through intellectual-form-yagna, in Brahma-form-fire. [4/25]

In the last stanza Lord Krishna had explained yagna (sacrifice) of great people who is attached with Brahma. However, those who are not yet attached with God, for entering into the process, from where they can start? These types of people through awakening consciously empower God in their own hearth. As the process of God-realisation advance, correspondingly person progress in path of religion . God-realisation in hearth is yagna or sacrifice ritual for beginner-yogi (sage).

Remaining yogi perform yagna in Brahma-form-fire which sub-merged with person who is Lord Krishna (ch:16).

A Yogi is who perform his worldly and heavenly deed unattached with affection and hate etc.

When all the functions and materials are not considered of own or for own but only of God and for God, then it is yagna (sacrifice) ritual of realization of Divine-God. Therefore Arpan-dedication/scarify of all the materials to God in form of performing universal well being is Dev-yagna (divine-sacrifice).

The second part of this stanza clarifies on other type of yagna. Here being unattached from the affections of nature by root, the performer of devote is called soul-form. Through awaken knowledge/intelligence, entirely unattached from material world and submerged with God is yagna, sacrifice ritual. Submerged with Divine God stand for not maintaining any own independent sovereignty (satta) other than element of Divine-God.

Those who has not realized element of divine, want to enter into the process, from where they shall start? On this Divine-God is responding that the beginner devotee shall awaken divine in their own heart, gradually keep on acquiring divine property accordingly he will be elevated and attend divine world. To acquire divine property in heart is the yagna (ritual) of beginner devotee.

Other yogi-people in the disciplined-form of fire of all nerves including the tongue perform hawan, rest yogi-people perform hawan in nerves-form of fire of word/sound etc. related subject . [4/26]

Here practice of two type of yagna (ritual of sacrifice) is mentioned. First part talks about yanga performed in isolated peaceful place and second talk about yagna conducted in day-to-day business in society.

Yagna is characterized as ahuti (burning or restraining) of nerve-system in disciplined life form fire. Yogi in peaceful lonely place by meditation try to disciplined the five nerve components- ear, skin, eye, tongue and nose in such a way that they are prevented from moving towards their respective subjects- word/sound/hearing, touch/temperature of atmosphere, appearance/sight, taste/juice and smell. Just as anything put into fire are burnt and destroyed similarly in disciplined life-form fire entire circulation of nerves are burnt or ceases and destroyed. Due to which naga and many saints are able to live without cloths. The nerve system caused attachment with worldly materials and distracts devotees in concentration and meditation. Therefore yogi tries to disciplined nerves and become unattached. When person affection is totally unattached with nerves, mind, feeling and ego then attainment of complete disciplined-life is considered (Bhagavad-Gita: 2/58–59,68).

Second type of Yagna is completed when all the five subjects- word/sound, touch, appearance, taste/juice and smell are given as ahuti/burnt or restrain in nerves-form fire. In practical life in-spite of interface of nerves with their respective subjects no abnormality is allowed to develop in nerves (Bhagavad-Gita: 2/64–65). Nerves are evolved in such to facilitate liberation from affection and hate. Subjects are unattached and made powerless in producing affection-hate in nerves.

In complete absent of affection-hate the human attend state of perfection and exhibit character of equality and unattached from enjoying world and heaven.

Devotees in real life situation encounter numerous kind- offensive words, immediately listening subject-provoking words, he transform them into yog-sense and burn into nerves-form fire.

Once while Arjuna was mediating all of sudden he was disturbed by the surrounding. When he opened his eye he found Ubarshi a famous prostitute standing in front, a large number of people have assembled and were eagerly glimpsing her with overjoyed. However, Arjuna through humanly-sight looked her motherly. The abnormality of word and appearance was immersed inside the nerves-system.

When sense of subject-provoking word/sound, touch/temparature, appearance, taste/juice and smell are changed in-congruence with divine, they vanished, do not produce any ill-affect upon the devotees.

Sidhi-god realisation is attend in complete scarcity of affection in both type of yagna mentioned in this stanza.

In the first process devotee tame the nerves in lonely peacefully place. Nerves are tamed by chanting, universal-well-being thinking and meditation. When completely tamed, affection is totally unattached, then human remain same in both situations- aloneness and social-atmosphere.

In second day-to-day life situation while devotee behaving free from affection-hate also makes his mind, feeling and ego free from affection-hate. Again due to lack of affection he remains equal in both the situations.

The other yogi (sage) in restrain form fire dedicate their nerves which make nerves immune from senses, the attachment of sense gratification is burnt or ceases. Other type of yogi (sage) change to impact of senses by making it incongruence with divine property thus senses are burnt in nerves form fire. The devotee do not take interest on senses or does not entertain, absorb them.

Rest yogis perform hawan (ritual of scarify) of entire nerves-system and body-life-function into the enlightened by knowledge self-disciplined-yog-form fire. [27]

Sit straight, relax, withdraw all life force and mind from the muscles, close the eyes, shut off by the command of will the senses of hearing, smell, taste, sight, and touch, now centre your mind between the eyebrows and chant God or keep quit and when you attend focus or ecstasy, broad caste your wish. Perform it atlest for half an hour repeatedly in every day. The various breathing exercise of yoga is helpful in un-attaching you from nerves system and facilitating concentration. Way to liberation is to find all –desire-quenching/ satisfy/ reduce divine bliss in ecstatic meditation. By meditation and conscious ecstasy the soul becomes established in true nature and is liberated from its mortal nature or ego. Yoga facilitate individual soul to behold itself as a reflection of God’s ever-new joyous Being, undisturbed by the breeze of desires. By deeper and deeper concentration and meditation one learn the highest ecstasy of feeling the union of soul and God in Samadhi (Sabikalpa Samadhi- without conscious of the universe, nirbikalpa Samadhi- fully conscious of God and the universe). Yogoda Satsanga- Lessons in Self Realisation- S.^-L.139

Samadhi is in yagya-form in this stanza. Few yogis perform hawan in all the ten nerves/sense- function. During the Samadhi function of entire nerves including mental are shut off or on peaceful rest. Progressively body-parts-function is also shut off or on peaceful rest in Samadhi.

Samadhi and sleeping status, both seems to be same from outside. During Samadhi yogi is in conscious state, awaken on knowledge of “God is everything” and nerves system and body function are on peaceful rest. During sleep person is in unconscious mind and body function normally.

Samadhi has been referred as ritual or sacrifice, function of five nerves and five senses are refrained through Samadhi, at Samadhi status functioning of nerves, senses and mind stop are absolute in rest even function of breading, lung and heart stop and decay and regeneration of cell of body also cease human does not need any energy for maintenance and remain in divine consciousness.

The Patanjali teaches methods of yoga to control breaths, mind and senses in order to facilitate self realisation of element of Divine.

Other numerous people performer sharp effort materials-dedicated yagna, Many carry out austerities form rituals, tapashya, yagna, and others many carry out yog- yagna , many unattached with material gratification perform self-realisation form knowledge-yagna. [4/28]

The nonviolence, truth, scarcity of stealing/not committed to robbery, Brahmachari/bachelorhood, scarcity of accumulation material objects for gratification, are five “yam- austere” upholding them is called “Mahabratha-Greatretual” . The main significance of these bratha-retuals is they cease creating and pursuing material desires which cannot be satisfied any-where except on the material plane. The follower of principles of these bratha is named as “sanshitvrata” . They make effort (yatna) in ceremony of their respective yagna therefore they are termed as “yatya- missioner” .

“Drabyagna”- sacrifice of materials in form of charities for the wellbeing of world without any expectation of personal vestige interest, qualify the material sacrifice. Many people feed others people, spend with full devotion on political and religious leaders, construct temple, community building, pond, school, orphanage home, and hospital etc. for the benefit of the society. The material sacrifice is competent in burning of culture of bonding with nature thus unattaching the deviated soul from the bonding with nature and put into right path of realization of element of Divine.

Beside own body whatever materials a person possesses with those he can successfully conduct “Drabyagna” material sacrifice, by utilizing his mind, body and resources for the benefit of others without any expectation. As man cannot expect from child anything beyond his capability similarly God do not expect more than the capacity of devotees.

“Tapoyagna” — a true austere ritual is performing of own responsibility whatever adversity you face and accepting the hardship and struggle happily. The devote does not deviate when he face adverse creature, object, event or situation while performing his self responsibility as self religion. His nerves and sense system are mold in tune with the conducting of present responsibility in any situation. This facilitate him prompt self-realisation of element of divine.

Here maintaining equilibrium in all situation is yogyagna or in union with Divine-God. Maintaining mature nature of equality unaffected by successful accomplishment of work or failure of work, achievement-nonachivement of fruit of deed, adverse-favorable situation, criticism-praise and honor- dishonor etc. In-other word internally not demonstrating the sign of affection-hate, happiness-sadness, bliss — sorrow etc. This way maintaining conscious of equality is yog.

“Sawadhyagyanyagna-selfrealisation-” The reading, lecture, debate on scriptures like Veda, Gita, Ramayan, Upanishad, Guruvani, Bible and Koran etc. for the enlightenment of people comes under this categories of knowledge-yagna. Divine-God has stated in 18/70 stanza that one who study Gita or scripture I am worship by knowledge-yagna. Reading pious manuscript is self-study and beginning stage, nevertheless real self-realization occur only when devotee study about self (study of life), his soul form which is build in bodily appearance, that is real knowledge or interview with self.

Many people tame their nerves-sense-mind through in austerity and penance. In other way forging yagna-mission in between the upper-lower limit of capability produced by the human nature. Many people perform material yagna and keep on wandering in material world birth after birth. Others who want to realize element of divine according to their own status try to restrain their nerve system, sudra the beginner restrain nerves through listening sermon and self learning, vyasya through abandoning material bonding and accumulating divine property, kshatriya who is annihilator restrain material desire and angry beside nerves and Brahman restrain nerves at the level of gaining ability to enter into Brahma. Everyone try to discipline nerve-sense system perform similar type of ritual or yagna and progress gradually by making conscious efforts not by birth. They identify their soul and their soul stop wandering in material worlds and attend heavenly world. The union of human in soul-form or soul conscious with Divine-God is yog in religion, kindly refer (Bhagwad-Gita: 6/23) for better understanding.

I will be prayed worshiped by knowledge-yagna who will study and understand the gist of Gita-Lord Krishna (Bhagawad-Gita:18/70).

Other many specialist in pranayam supplement prana-air into apana-air , then hold flow of prana and apana thereby again perform hawan of apana inside prana, and many others consuming regular diet carry out hawan of pran inside pran. All these devotees who wipe out sins by means of yagna are yagna-learned. [29]

Here pranayama- a system of breathing process in yog is explained which facilitate control of senses and help advancement of spiritual realization. This practice involves control of airs or breath-in within the body and reversing the direction of passage of breath-out. With this exercise intelligence yogi (monk) can increase duration of own life and perfection in his life.

The position of prana (life) is at top (heart) and apana is at down (gudda). When we exhale flow of air is upward, during inhale flow of air is downward. Therefore, breathing out is the work of prana, breathing in exercise is apana. Yogi-people (monk) first inhale through left side nose (chandranadhi), by closing right side nose by finger. Subsequently the breaded air along with life force circulates from heart to nabhi and naturally sub-merged in apana-air (air which is already inside or part of breath-in- air which was left not exhale). This is called puraka. Thereafter, they hold the breath thus flows of both prana-air and apana-air is switch-off, in this situation neither breath come in nor goes out. When both air currents is completely stopped called kumbhaka. After that they exhale through right noise (suryanadi), by keeping left side nose closed. The exhaled airs naturally carry out both pran-air ( which was brought in) and apana-air (prana-air which was now and previously converted into apana-air) from body. Please note even then few air which came through various breath-in may remain in body and is term as apana-air. This is hawan (offering) of prana-air (exhaled breath) into apana-air ( inhaled air) called recaka. While doing breath-in purak count name of Divine-God four times, during holding of breath (khumbak) count sixteen times name of Divine-God and while performing breath-out (recaka) count name of Divine-God for eight times.

These way first people do purak with lift-side nose, then khumbak and thereafter rechak through right-side nose. Afterward alternatively purak is performed by right-side nose, followed by khumbhak and again rechak through left-side nose. The alternatively repeating the process of purak-khumbhak- rechak is called Pranayam-form yagna. When yogi gains expertise in performing pranayam without any expectation of material gratification with the objective of Godrealisation his all sins are omitted.

By performing constantly customs of al yagnas mentioned from 24–30 stanzas, sins of yogi are wipeout and he attain Godrealisation. In reality entire yagnas facilitate people to be unattached from worldly mortal desires, those who understand these elements of yagna are called yagna-knowledgeable person. Performing yagna with kamana-washna (material desire) in mind may impel you to rebirth-making bonding.

We observe that all the materials given in ahuti in fire lost their own identity and submerged with fire, this denote that in Godrealisation yagna the sovereignty of all body and function and matter lost in the sovereignty of God. All the works dedicated for universe well-beings unite with God and thereby in same process mortal desires and their sovereignty ceased. The ritual of realization of Divine-God does not require materials of nature including body. The stanza if sisteen of this chapter explain akarma in karma that how karma when perform without any material human is not bonded this become yagna. As material put into fire vanish similarly karma (deed) performed for the benefits of others vanish in heaven id not bonded (Bhagavat-Gita: 04/23). On the other hand biggest deed or ritual perform for material gratification does not facilitate relalisation of element of Divine.

The exercise termed as prana-apana by Lord Krishna has termed as anapan by Mahatama Buddha. The main purpose of this exercise is not to get influenced from the outer mortal desires and not to allow germination of any mortal desires internally by commanding nerves and senses. When you are able to shut off the senses you are able to unattached the mind which is very much similar to holding pran. The position of lack of mortal desires helps you in Godrealisation. This is state of winning of mind.

The understanding is that while humane breath-in, he undertake the resolution of solar-system and through breath-out he throw out internal good-bad thinking. Not accepting any external attraction of material- world is hawan of prana and not allowing germination of internal desire to enjoy is hawan of apana. When prana-air and apana-air reach even status pranayam is attend, thus mind is in stable state, result of yog or yagna is manifested. Yogi highly experience in this exercise while chanting name of Divine-God, his breathing stop which is called “Samadhi”and a state come he listen name of Divine-God “OM” or “Amine”, Divine-God reside in his breath ( shaso ke mala). Here Divine-God is stating only to regulate breath in next stanza He will advise to chant “OM”.

And many others consuming regular diet divine conscious human carry out hawan of prana inside prana by stopping flow of prana and apana . All these devotees who wipe out sins by means of yagna are yagna-knowledgeable. [30]

Those who intake regularly proper balanced diet performed hawan (offering sacrifice) of prana into prana. Overeating create obstacle in concentration, meditation and commanding nerves and senses by will. Similarly poor diet-intake is not advisable (Bhagavad-Gita: 6/16–17), healthy body facilitate deep exercise easily. The meaning of hawan ( offering dedication) of prana into prana is holding prana into apana and apana into apana in its place in other words holding inhaling and exhaling air. This exercise helps in commanding nerves and senses, which keep way human from committing sin. With the sole aim of realization of element of Divine the pranayam exercise help in detaching human internally from affection-hate, material desire etc. abnormalities. When human is free from material desire, affection, hate etc human desists from committing sins and realize element of Divine-God.

Yagna a religious sacrifice ritual is a process which awaken human to abandon desire to enjoy material, feeling of doer, and affection and hate etc. abnormalities. On who know these he know the element of yagna and how destroy his all sins. Those who perform yagna with the desire to enjoy material and heavenly world they do not know the element of yagna. The desire to enjoy mortal material cause bonding (Bhagawad-Gita: 09/21) and rebirth.

When human assume relation with nature or material world he develop desire to enjoy matter and perform deed to accomplish it and subsequently develop affection of enjoying fruit from the deed and thus he is badly bonded. Thus deed attached with desire to enjoy material or fruit of deed does not facilitate realization of element of divine. As long as human is attached with the desire to enjoy material and perform deed for material gratification and accumulation he is bonded and remain in birth-death cycle.

The deed free from material gratification for the benefits of world easily awaken human to abandon affection, hate, greed, angry and violence tec. abnormalities and facilitate realization of element of divine.

The religious sacrifice or offering mentioned in scriptures aim at enable the human being to control the senses, which is root cause of material gratification and sins. One can be elevated to the eternal knowledge, happy life and kingdom of Divine-God unless he is unattached from sense gratification. All these performers who know the meaning of sacrifice become cleansed of sinful reaction, test the nectar and advance towards supreme eternal abode.

Yogi focus on breathing or watch breathing while chanting the name of Divine-God. Many adopt the technique of “Hong-Sau”, they chant “Hong-Sau” and keep on watching breath-in and breath-out and gradually one day they reach a state when their breath stop while chanting, their heart and lung are also in complete rest at that moment, they can continue to meditate on this state for days and years with taking air, water and food. The meaning of “Hong-Sau” is yours sovereignty or sovereignty of Divine-God, the devotee acknowledge that he or none have independent sovereignty all are dependent upon the sovereignty of Divine-God. They completely surrender to Divine-God.

“I will; be thou clean (matthew 8:3). You can control your destiny by will power; you can command a mountain, “ Be thou removed, and be thou caste into sea; it shall be done” (matthew 21;21)- Jesus

“will means a motivating desire plus application of energy to bring that desire to fruition. It means continuous, concentrated action until that desire is fulfilled. ……. To wish and to will are different things………..When the power to will leaves the body entirely, man dies. ……….You must exercise your will power………If you make up your mind and go forth like a flame, every obstacle in your path will be consumed. ……….chose some objective that you think you cannot accomplish, and then try with all your might to do that one thing. Therefore in your heart you must love nothing more than God…………..Again and again you must fire the shells of your prayer and will power to break down the ramparts of God’s silence. -Yogoda Satsanga- Lessons in Self Realisation- S.6-L.143

O best in the Kuru-family Arjuna ! Those who are familiar with the end result of yagna- amrit (nectar) realize Sanatan (sustainable) Brahma (Divine-world). Those who not perform yagna (ritual of sacrifice) for them this human-world is also not joyful, then how perlok (other world) will be joyful? [31]

Lord Krishna has explained in total twelve types of yagna (ritual of sacrifice) from 24–30 stanzas of chapter-4 and in 30 stanza has praised performers of yagna, now here Lord is depicting gain from conducting yagna and loss in case not conducting yagna.

Yagna facilitate you to conduct your work unattached with mortal desires and evolve nature of being indifferent in favorable-adverse situations. Experiencing this indifferent nature of equality is enjoying yogshist-amrit (nectar). Here amrit denote realization of sanatan (sustainable) God by people experiencing amartha (immortality) (Bhagawad-Gita: 3/13).

Man is immortal in his soul-form. Man experiences death due to attachment with mortal desires. When man learnt to use the body and materials for the wellbeing of world as his self responsibility he attains automatically self realized amartha (immortality). Human has a responsibility to perform deed for the benefit of world. Which is call yagna and liberate human from birth-death cycle. Human belief in yagna take way from nature only to survive (Bhagabwad-Gita: 4/21) and does not lead life for sense gratification and accumulation. Human who perform deed to enjoy material, accumulation, honor etc. are boned with nature and invite rebirth which is downfall in term of religion.

Lord Krishna has stated in (3/8) that by not carrying out karma you will not qualify for maintaining of own body also. Similarly he is stating here that by not performing yagna this world is also not beneficial for you. Then forget about other world (perlok). The deed for material gratification and accumulation cause conflict, fear, unrest in life and rebirth.

If anyone does not perform his responsibility in his family, then it causes conflict in family. Similarly if one is performing his responsibility he became reference for motivating other in family. Performing selfless responsibility is knowledge of benefiting all in family and world, which naturally contribute in establishing unity peace prosperity in universe. If you do not fulfill self-responsibility it makes your life tough. Inversely performing self-responsibility facilitates happiness in this world and also in perlok (other world).

During Durga puja at L.N.Mishra Colony, Itki road, Ranchi in 2021 pundit from Ravi Steel facilitated ahuti in which he does not allowed women to perform ahuti on the pretext that if women in form of laxmi (wealth) is given in ahuti then what will remain in family. In 2020 also pundit from Varanasi also has not allowed women to perform ahuti on the same ground. Many people have praised both the pundits as big learned. Unfortunately few women had protested in 2020 but that protest was missing this time in 2021. Gender empowerment of pundits are matter of debate.

This way similar many types of yagnas are stated in details in speech of Veda. You acknowledge all those yagnas as cause of Karma-deed. By knowing karma is performed by the function of mind, nerves and body, through those customs you will liberate yourself from karma-bonding. [32]

Other than the twelve illustrated yagnas in 24–30 stanzas in Chapter-4 of Bhagawad-Gita many other yagnas have been explained in details in words of Veda. Reason is due to different nature of Devotees, their resolutions are different and thus accordingly their ways and material-inputs differ.

The customs driven by worldly desire are also explained in details in Veda, which only produces mortal fruits. Chain of desires are never ending, one after another desires keep on generating, men are not able to fulfill all of them, all unfulfilled desires create necessity for rebirth. Through forgetfulness of its sources, a soul identifies itself with its body-cage and commits sin of worldly thoughts and his karma-deed continuously fall into birth-death cycle.

Here in Bhagavad-Gita those customs driven by worldly thoughts have not been entertained, only unattached God realization Karma has been explained. To know the God is to free from the cosmic dream delusion of mortal life. You must see that you forsake worldly thoughts. Consciously make the effort to harmonize with this divine principle of life and so use this infinite self-renewing power which is yours. You and your Heavenly Father are one.

The Veda deals with both attached and unattached Karma-deed. Here emphasis has been given on those unattached deed which is free from the desire to enjoy world and heaven and liberate human from birth-death cycle.

All the twelve illustrated yagnas in 24–30 stanzas in Chapter -4 of Bhagavad-Gita are cause of deed or Karma. The function of body, speech and thought are classified as Karma.

Though Arjuna wanted libration he was escaping from responsibility to wage war against the autocrat Karava, considering it as sin. Responding to this understanding of Arjuna, Lord Krishna is educating Arjuna that whatever you will be doing abandoning war-responsibility that will also fall under Karma-deed category. In reality man do not achieve liberation through Karma, liberation is achieved when man perform karma without desire to enjoy mortal world. Therefore, if Arjuna carry-out war unattached from the worldly thought he will achieve libration, because man is not bonded by karma rather with fruits of karma. War in that context was the self-responsibility of Arjuna therefore he can perform it easily without any hesitation.

Those who know the God by element, with that knowledge they are not bonded with worldly mortal desire. When man does have any relation with the function of body or world he is free from karma-bonding.

Here emphasis is on those voice of Vedas which has been spread by the mouth of Divine-God, one who follow those with awaken mind realize the element of Divine. Through their voice yagna expand. Those who have destroyed their sin by performing unattached deed they know yagna. When human breath to free from sense and material attachment with pranayan, accumulate divine properties and perform unattached deed he become eligible to enter into Brahma, the Divine-world. For yogi deed become divine conscious devotion. Divine-God is education people to perform prescribe responsible unattached deed. According to (5/19) he who is conscious innocent and in feeling of equality he won the world and exist in Brahma, the Divine-world. Thus the yagna of divine conscious human and material conscious human is different. Bodily conscious human perform ritual which suit them, however everyone shall perform deed for liberation from body.

O Arjuna-chastiser of enemy! Knowledge Yagna i.e sacrifice performed in divine knowledge is the best in compare to mere material yagna i.e. sacrifice of economic material. The sacrifice of entire karma (deed) and materials culminate into transcendental knowledge. [33]

Genuinely curiosity arises by listening details account of twelve yagnas that among them which one is the best. Divine-God is providing solution in coming stanzas.

Those yagnas which need materials and karma (deed) are called material-centered yagna, which consume wealth. Knowledge-yagna is best in compare to those material-centered yagna, because in knowledge-yagna there is no need of economic-materials and karma (deed).

All the material-yagnas are born out of deed (4/32), here God is stating that all the knowledge-yagna is not cause of karma (deed) rather of awaken mind or conscious, which denotes that knowledge-yagna facilitate intellectual thoughts and wisdom as a result. The knowledge-yagna mentioned here do not represent previous yagna of (4/18) rather statement of forthcoming explained popular process of acquiring knowledge in (4/34). Previously mentioned twelve yagnas are represented here as material-centered yagna. Knowledge-yagna is performed after librating from material-centered yagna.

Human will, directed by selfish desire and ignorance, bring you suffering, further ignorance, trouble and internal impurity. Internal impurity include three type of malfunction- accumulated sin, restless mental conscious and ignorance.

You cannot know any lasting happiness until you desire God and truth above all things, and by abandoning materials thoughts turn your will towards the never-to-be given-up search for God. In the due process internal impurity will also erased. In this state of mind production and materials are not objective rather knowledge realization is mission. All materials and karma lost identity in knowledge-element. When human perform deed for the benefits for others he is liberated from sin and material conscious which further help him in elevation to divine consciousness.

Eight methods of acquiring knowledge are mentioned in religious literature:

1. Vivak/ common sense- reasonably knowing separately truth (immortal) and untruth (mortal).

2. Veragya/absent of affection- by understandingly properly truth and untruth, discarding untruth (mortal) and turn into unattached with the worldly affection.

3. Samadhi Pustsampati (Sam, Dam, Shradha, Uprant, titisha, and samadhan)- Sam: detached mind with the subject matter ( senses) of mental nerves. Dam: detaching nerves from its subjects (senses). Shradha: devotionally believing on Divine-God and scripture above than the visible material world. Detaching mental conscious from the worldly thought is “uprant”. Bearing the variance of summer and cold, indifferent from them (seasons) is “titisha”. Status of mind in which no doubt exists is called “samadhan”.

4. Mumushuta- desire to cut off from worldly affection or abandoning desire to enjoy material world.

5. Shrawan- after awakening of Mumushuta devotee free from desire to enjoy materials and karma approach Scholar Teacher talented on Brahma, residing at the campus of Teacher listen religious literatures and decide significance of meaning of that and adoption.

6. Mannan — qualified shrawan liberate from the doubts. Thinking the Brahman Sovereignty or element of Divine is Mannan.

7. Nididhayasan- believing on sovereignty of material world and ignoring Brahman Sovereignty is called opposite sense. Mannan helps to liberate from doubts associated with affections. Wiping out of opposite sense is Nididhayasan.

8. Tatwapadarthsansothan-detachment from worldly materials and desires, living with only knowledge of element of Divine is called divine realization or interview with God.

Looking rationally the gist of all the above means or resources are abandoning un-truth which includes worldly-sovereignty. Knowledge of element of Divine is the highest result of yagna. Thereafter, whether human perform deed or not it doesn’t matter for him. Therefore human shall contact who is divine conscious and know the element of Divine.

The sacrifice leads the human to acquire divine knowledge and get libration from material miseries and attend divine world. Without elevation of knowledge, sacrifices are simply material activities. The performer of abandoning relation with mind body and nature is superior that one who simply sacrifice material possessions in yagna without bestowing any spiritual benefit.

Approach Brahma Visionary one who has realized the element of divine to know that divine knowledge, by completely slandering on their feet, serving them, asking question with humble abandoning proud, they who know Brahma elements will deliver sermon on that God-realisation. [34]

Arjuna wanted liberation, therefore Lord Krishna is explaining the popular methods of knowledge-yog for realization of Divine-God. The above statement of Lord Krishna is in the following context.

Arjuna has stated that he does not visualize any rationale in killing relatives in war (1/31). This killing will only invite sin (1/36). He will prefer begging for maintaining rest of life rather participating in war ( 2/5). These ways Arjuna consider wise to discard war-form of self-responsibility. However according to belief of Lord Krishna discarding karma is not necessary to acquire divine-knowledge (3/20; 4/15). Therefore here God seems to advising Arjuna that if he consider obtaining divine-knowledge by abandoning karma (deed) is best then better he shall consult person who is knowledgeable in element of Divine to acquire knowledge legitimately.

The faith on the spiritual master or teacher increases possibility of adaptability, and the dedication increases learning capability. The above stanza (4/34) deals with two types of scenarios, if Arjuna lack faith on Lord Krishna than he is advised to consult trusted knowledgeable cleric and in absent of Lord Krishna, people should approach Brahma Knowledgeable in search of liberation. Further in (4/38) Divine0God is convincing Arjuna that with this knowledge of element of Divine will facilitate his responsible deed in realization of element of Divine without using any other means.

Lord Krishna is encouraging disciple to learn with full devotion dedicating completely own body and possessed materials. Disciple should follow guidance full heartily. This should in no ways understood and enforced as any form of slavery by either party. The path should lead to liberation not trapping into exploitation. Service to Guru/teacher is manipulated by many, so people should be cautious. There is different meaning of many worlds in religious literatures and Vedas that should be honor.

What is the real service to Guru (Spiritual master or teacher)? Service to Guru refer to if you want to get appreciation from Guru pleased him by dedicating yourself completely. Follow the mind, signals and orders of Guru with full keenness. The biggest service to Guru is to adhere to their principles. The principles are most important for Guru they can sacrifice their life but never principles.

To obtain the knowledge seek Guru humbly to clarify the religious path and doubts not to test them. Seek the person who has realized the element of Divine and understand Brahma-Knowledge. If Guru has realized-God but lack knowledge he will not be able to facilitate resolutions of doubts of disciples. The talks of Guru without visionary will not be much fruitful and convincing. Therefore, Guru should be one who has realized the element of Divine as well as knowledgeable.

The devotion, respect, greetings, simplicity etc. make Guru happy no doubt but these does not indicate that Brahma Guru are hungry of all these. They do not expect all these. However above stated factors definitely create positive affect in the mental of Guru, build effective rapport also without these learning characters acquiring knowledge is not possible.

Brahma-knowledge is household matter. Therefore it is duty of Guru to reach people and ensure that this is practices by one and all in the world for well-being of world. The divine knowledge awaken human on the character of immortal of soul-form human and mortal character of mortal world and how bonding with mortal world cause rebirth and detachment with mortal world liberate human from birth-death cycle.

To learn one need to be sincere and free from ego and under the shelter of bona fide divine conscious spiritual master who has realized the element of Divine, and qualify the test of spiritual master. The Divine-God is the original spiritual master, and a divine conscious spiritual master is kind to the follower, bless him and convey the divine message adhering true tradition of disciple succession. Both the blind following and absurd inquires are condemnable, one must get clear understanding to make the learning perfect.

When a magnet is rubbed on a piece of non-magnetic iron, the iron becomes magnetic. Likewise, another person’s magnetism can be absorbed by close association and loving respectful attention. ……..Such magnetism can be derived from a distance by meditating on the visual images and mentalities of various persons possessing different magnetisms. Yogoda Satsanga- Lessons in Self Realisation- S.6-L.146.

The following script from Yogoda Satsanga- Lessons in Self Realisation- S.6-L.145 is helpful in presentation.

(Stage fright and timidity should be supplanted by deep attention, concentration, and calmness just before appearing on the stage.

Deep breathing: breathe deeply a few times, concentrating at the point between the eyebrows, just before the performance. This will remove timidity and insure self-confidence.

Mentally rehearse very clearly how masterfully, joyously, and eagerly you are going to perform and how you are going to enthrall your audience.

Nervousness can be removed by tensing and relaxing. Take a bath a few hours before the performance. If time is limited, wash all the body openings with cold water in lieu of a bath.

Humbleness is good and magnetic and will draw kind attention and sympathy from your audience, whereas pride will cause sneers and apathy. An inferiority complex will cause pity, increase any disbelief in your ability, and a lack of hearty response. It will put a lid on your powers and prevent their manifesting and doing their duty; it will cause you to understand your real ability and will destroy whatever dramatic faculty you may possess. So, down with an inferiority complex! You should always keep happy and contented just before your debut by maintaining cool confidence in your ability, and a conviction that the outcome of your performance will be good, owing to God’s working with you. Before your entrance, make up your mind to do your very utmost to make people appreciate your performance.

………….

Drinking or using narcotics drugs the mind, the very machinery that operates the will, reason and emotion necessary for good performance. One should be drunk with inspiration instead of intoxicants. Inspiration consciously stimulates feeling, will, reason, and all the senses to do their best willingly, with the feeling of joy. Inspiration is very expanding. It is better motivating force for artistic work than intellectual watchfulness and meticulous for an exact technical performance. One should be watchful first and then intoxicated with inspiration, before he performs. To such an artist stage fright is a myth. )

After realizing that Brahma- knowledge you will not attain affection and fall into illusion, and O Arjuna! With that Brahma- knowledge free from affection you will visualize entire creatures within yourself in own Soul-form and thereafter in My DIVINE form. [35]

In the previous stanza Lord Krishna had advised to consult Brahma Knowledgeable person. That Great Person will deliver Brahma Knowledge but with only lecture God-realisation doesn’t occur in other word people doesn’t experience God (Bhagavad-Gita: 2/29). Everyone cannot explain the real experiences, reason is real realization is cause-indifference, beyond mind and speech. Thus self-realisation take place by themselves for own and this occur when human give important to his own intelligence and awareness. Awareness eliminates ignorance of man thereafter only knowledge-intelligence influences the human and human is free from the bonding with material world. After the self realization human abandon body conscious or ego (I-am) thus affection ceased. Arjuna is also under the influence of affection therefore Brahma- knowledge realization is being suggested to him.

Brahma- knowledge realization facilitates to experience that sovereignty of God is supreme universal and complete, under that authority infinite universe exist. After Brahma- knowledge realization human look entire creatures (universe) inside him. Self realization helps us to see the entire creatures in own soul-form. Thereafter, man visualizes his soul-form and entire creatures in union with Divine-God. This way he realizes first his soul-form thereafter union with divine element. Ultimately only Brahma remains, which denote everything, merge with God (Lord Krishna).

The static vision differentiates wave and sea but in micro vision wave and sea do not have separate sovereignty. Every wave arises out of sea and thereafter again merges into sea. Sovereignty is of only water element in real sense. Similarly many people see differences between world form sea and man form wave. Body is product of world both do not have independent sovereignty only divine has independent sovereignty. Therefore not looking upon body and world rather focusing on divine power is the real vision (Bhagavad-Gita: 13/27).

One who realize element of Divine is free from affection and acknowledge expansion of his soul in every creature, when he develop ability to see his expansion upon every creature, he attend soul conscious then he become eligible to attend Brahma the divine world. Also he is able to give resources to other to attend Brahma.

A self realize soul know that every living beings are integral part of Supreme Godhead, who is cause of everything or every cause, the sense of material gratification of living entities is maya, in other words a sense of identity separate from Divine-God is maya, which separate human from Supreme Lord. Human in lack of absolute divine knowledge covered with illusion of maya forget his sustainable relation with Supreme Lord. Arjuna in illusion of maya thought that the temporary bodily relations with his kinsmen is more important than his eternal sustainable spiritual relation with Divine-God. All living entity as integral part of Divine-God has certain purpose when they forget that purpose, does not perform his services to Divine-God which is protection of the right of others and dedication of deed to universal wellbeing the bodily conscious entities keep on roaming in birth-death cycle as human and animal etc. But one who perform his unattached deed he is liberated. One can acquire this divine knowledge from bona fide spiritual master.

If you are highest sinner among the sinner’s community, then also un-doubtly you will cross over properly completely sin of ocean by divine knowledge form of boat. [36]

Here Lord Krishna is stating that if you are committing more sins than among the entire sinner’s community then also you will get liberation through the Brahma-knowledge i.e divine knowledge. The proclamation of God is of assurance nature which implies that those who had abandoned sins and engaged in devotion and karma-unattached deed they are praiseworthy. Anyhow if awareness arose among those who have committed plenty of sins earlier they can also get liberation, they no need to get discouragement on this issue. Even if highest sinner among the sinners has will-power he can acquire libration in same birth. Old sins are not much obstacle in liberation as the present ongoing one. However in present if person abandon committing sins and develop strong will power and decide that no more he will commit sin and only he will acquire only element of Divine than there is no delay in washing out of his sins.

This hypothesis can be understood by a given example. If at some place there is darkness for hundred years, than by lighting lamp there, removing of darkness will not take hundred years rather as soon as lamp is lightened darkness will disappear. The gist of above stanza (4/36) is that Lord Krishna is motivating people that they should not be bothered that they cannot be librated because of their past and or present sins. However, people should not think that they can achieve liberation after committing sins so to take this as liberty.

Generally these types of sinner-people do not belief in God Sovereignty. But that doesn’t imply that God will not embrace them. If he comes into contact with any Great Person or due to affect of some incident, situation and environment etc. and develop strong will power to acquire element of Divine, he will cross the sins of sea very well. The coming stanzas (9/30&31) also reinforce the same.

The relation with work of nature, body and world give birth of entire sins when person acquire Brahma-knowledge and completely unattached himself from these, then how sin can exist?

God-realisation is here mentioned as obtaining element of Divine as a knowledge form of boat. This knowledge form of boat facilitates man to cross the sinful sea successfully. This knowledge form of boat is obtained from Gyana-Yagna of (4/33). Gyana-Yagna facilitates intelligence of acquiring Brahma-knowledge.

O Arjuna! Just as burning fire extinguish completely all the fuel, similarly knowledge-form fire extinguish completely attachment with all karma (deed). [37]

Lord Krishna has stated in the last stanza that knowledge-form boat facilitates crossing the sin-form sea. In this case sin-form Sea remains then what happen? Here knowledge-form fire terminates entire sins in such a way that even small part of sin doesn’t exist. As fire burn wood completely into ashes similarly Brahma (Divine) Knowledge form fire burn entire attachment with karma (deed) into ashes, human no more perform deed for material gratification rather for the universal well-being. Meaning of this particular stanza is that after acquiring element of Divine human become automatically abandon desire to enjoy unattached from all karma (deed) including worlds. When man became unattached he does not recognize independent sovereignty of materials world. Only Brahma sovereignty remains in his heart in this state of mind.

In reality activity function is part of the nature (Bhagavad-Gita: 13/29). However when human assume relation with those function attached karma (deed) is produce and expected to enjoy the fruit of deed and nature. Human in ignorance assume doer of function otherwise which all are considered as function of nature.

When man attends Brahma Knowledge he ceased himself as being fruit-bearer, the attachment with deed of all birth ceases and all his karma (deeds) are converted into akarma. When man is unattached his feeling of doer and ego including cause of sins automatically ceased in other word all karma become akarma and he is free from favorable and unfavorable and present and past deed.

No other resource is sublime and pure equivalent to Brahma-Knowledge which makes sacred in human-world. Since, many ancient-times human internally purified by Karmayog has been attaining that Brahma-Knowledge by self in their own soul. [38]

No doubt there is nothing equivalent to divine knowledge which makes human sacred. This element of Divine-Knowledge is attain by self realization in the status of mature-yog in own soul and heart, not externally. Such knowledge is the divine inspiring fruit of all mysticism. What eligibility is required for acquiring this Brahma (divine) knowledge is explained in next stanza.

The above stanza (4/38) is referring to human-world because all sanctity is attained in this human-world. Human-body in soul-form has the authority to attain this sanctity. Right to attend other worlds is also received in this human-world.

All sins and entire mistakes are committed by believing on the independent sovereignty of the destructive world materials (3/37), when independent sovereignty of the destructive world materials ceased by attending Brahma-Knowledge, then entire sin is completely destroyed and great holiness is attained. Therefore, there is no other resources equivalent to Brahma-Knowledge facilitating sacredness. None of the visit to pilgrim place is equivalent to realization of element of Divine.

When a Kramyogi flow with the services to world his identity as doer ceased and he is unattached with the worldly materials and fruits produced and thereby assumption of independent sovereignty of nature vanish. The sustainable soul-form human does not have any desire from the unsustainable materials of world thereby Kramyogi realize his relationship with Divine God, which is called Yog-Science.

The immortal soul form human does not attend anything with mortal world, the karma or deed science educate that soul form human does not need anything from his deed and nature. After this soul conscious human perform deed without any expectation to enjoy deed and nature and all his deed merge with Brahma benefiting all and he attend divine world without utilizing any natural resources.

Through Brahma-Knowledge man attain holiness by own, no others resources are required therefore Brahma-Knowledge has been termed as facilitator of sacred and no others resources are comparable to Brahma-Knowledge.

A karmayogi without spiritual master and scripture, scarifying his all responsibility deeds and resources for the benefits of others, abandoning affection and hate etc. abnormalities and sin is liberated from birth-death cycle. The gist of the conversation of Lord Krishna is that the fruit which Arjuna will gain by acquiring divine knowledge from saint the same results he can attend by performing his responsibility deed form war without any expectation of enjoying power and abandoning affection-hate etc. abnormalities. Therefore he is advising Arjuna to attend feeling of equality and fight war as responsibility without looking gain and loss in 41 stanza of this chapter. The various incidents can be appraised with Brahma Sovereignty and Karma.

One who is unattached with nerves system and desire to enjoy worldly resources, those devoted people attained Brahma-Knowledge and by attending Brahma-Knowledge he immediately realize peace and God. [39]

Human with devotion, eagerness and control over the nerves-sense only qualify to attend divine Brahma knowledge in other words realize element of Divine and quickly attend supreme spiritual peace, happiness and heaven. Till human does not realize the element of Divine he shall have faith on Divine-God more than any visible evidence of material world.

Lord Krishna has categorizes shradha (devotion) into two type 1. Sanyateindriya (calm-nerve) and tatper (ever-ready) one who is engaged in devotion with eagerness. The criteria of tatper is one whose nerves are in calm. If nerves system is not in calm than nerves will deviate towards subject matter (senses of sight, touch, smell, taste, and hearing). Shradaha indicate state of full respectful faith higher than visible evident on Divine, Great-Person, Religion and Holi-Scriptures.

Till you do not realize God you should have faith on God more than visible evident of any things. In reality there is no distance of country and times with God all are falsely assumed separation. One who belief that God is with-in him, he realize God. Discarding the sovereignty of destructive natural materials and believing on the sovereignty of Divine is Shradha. / However there is no distance between human and Divine-God in term of time and territory. It is only assume one and bonding with body and nature human does not realize the element of Divine. When human acknowledge that Divine-God exist within him it is call true devotion or faith.

Till nerves system is not under control, in calm and unattached with senses, and there is lack of eagerness there is scarcity of shradha/devotion. When nerves tends towards sense (subject) this cause lack of eagerness and others’ sovereignty are respected, due to incomplete Shradha there is delay in God-realization. Shradha is main factor in Knowledge-realisation.

To gain happiness we consider world belong to us which is actually not in any times. Material is our can be considered only when it nerve separated from us. If world would have belong to us than in all the circumstances shall have been with us. We look world through nerves which also does not belong to us, because body is also considered as part of nature. But body conscious human by mistake consider these as own. We do not have any rights over them, all are moving constantly towards destruction.

Soul conscious devotional person free from bonding with body and nature attain supreme-peace in other word, realize god and get freedom from birth-death cycle.

Materialist conscious human acknowledge the mortal world as sustainable and want to derive permanent peace and happiness from it, which is not possible, because soul form human is immortal and worldly materials are mortal, so no sustainable relation can be forge between them in any situation even situation does not remain with us. Unfortunately bodily conscious human consider body and natue own and forget own soul and sustainable relation with Divine-God.

Divine God exist in one and all but human discard the fact and search God in other places rather search happiness and peace from wordily materials. Therefore, human wonder births after births in search of peace and God. Element of Divine is realized only when human abandon bonding with mortal misery world.

Un-intelligence, un-devotional and doubtful person are ruined. Neither this world nor heaven and joy belong to such doubtful person. (40)

Human whose(vivek) intelligence has not been awaken presently, and the extend of intelligence which is awaken that is not given importance, beside who is not devotional, these person living in disbelief are ruined in the path of spiritual Divine. Because mind of person in disbelief is without divine knowledge of ceremony of yagna, bonded with nature, he do not obey others, in such case how there dilemma can be resolved? At the same time without resolving own reservation how human can progress?

When after listening different things person think “this is good” or “that is good” in such case person are in doubt (sansayatma). The development of disbelief is natural in the journey of Divine God realization. Because whenever he will read any subject he will understand some things same time he will not understand some things. Doubt does not arise in subject that has not been understood totally, and there is no doubt when total subject is understood properly. Doubt arises in incomplete knowledge that is “Agyan” ignorance. Birth of doubt is not danger, keeping doubt alive not resolving it, is danger. If person do not make deliberate effort in resolving doubt there is chances that doubt may become principle and he may belief that path of Divine God is deception and became disbeliever. Ignorance, unaware of method of ritual, lack of devotion, doubtful deviate from the divine path as a result he is ruined. Therefore naturally devotee shall feel sad whenever they are in doubt this will generate curiosity and motivate them to seek doubt-finishing knowledge.

The character of devotee is to search investigate and find truth. If he consider things felt by mind and nerves are only absolute then he stay there only, bonded with nature in sense gratification, and does not make attempt to go beyond that stage. Devotee shall constantly progress forward. Devotee shall not be proud on how much he knows rather out of dissatisfaction he shall make conscious endeavor to know what he does not. Curiosity shall always remain burning like a fire, in such case devotee eliminate doubt with the help of spiritual master, scents or referring scriptures. If no one is found in clarifying doubt then due to the blessing of God the doubt is solved.

Human soul is the part of Divine God (15/7). Therefore, when human try to realize Divine-God, proactively God respond. Similarly in case when devotee is sad due to doubt and is eager to resolve, Divine-God too feel sad and come forward for the solution. The doubts create obstacle in realization of element of Divine, therefore it is wise to clarify doubt. Human shall not commit mistake of developing ego and proud with his limited knowledge, this bring his downfall. Human with doubt are deprive of this world, rebirth as human also heaven and happiness, he is not able to take definite decision and action, and therefore, it is in his best interest to resolve the doubt.

{Relation between Parents and Children:

Parental and filial love is the laboratory ………..the invisible God begins first to manifest in conjugal love, and this feeling then becomes purified in the sacrificing, expanding love for the child. ……….

Parents and children should always avoid undue familiarity. They should base their relation not upon force or authority, but upon love. ….. for God is love, and true unselfish love is developed at the parental-filial altar love. The echo of God’s love is drowned out when harshness of speech, unkindness, wrath, selfishness, and distrust vibrate in the body temple.

Responsibility of parents to children:

Ideally, parents should look upon each child of theirs as an honored temple wherein their conjugal love will be purified and expanded into final love. They should feel that they are serving a little god residing in the infant-temple, and the child should be able to look upon his parents as the visible representative of God on earth.

Parents should not angrily scold their children in the presence of others. ………..Continuous harsh treatment to make an unruly child submissive, may precipitate in him ugliness and malevolent behavior. Give strong, loving suggestions to an earring little one. And give only necessitates, not luxuries, to children. Do not make them slaves of ‘THINGS” or of bad habits. Every father/mother is responsible for the way he disciplines his children. ………should be firm but kind………….Children need to learn how to behave in all situations.

Children’s duty to their Parents:

Children should consider their parents as the gates through which God’s love first flows in to them………….Even if thoughtless scolded by his parents before others, a child should never be disrespectful and resentful. …………….

The child’s outer environment in early life is especially important in that it can either stimulate or stifle his inner instinctive environment. ……….For example, an instinctively bad child may be influenced and made good by good company, whereas an instinctively good child placed in good company would, no doubt, increase his goodness. Your outer environment, in conjunction with your inner tendencies created by old habits of past lives, controls your life and moulds your tastes and new habits.

Character Building:

………..The law of nature is that if you are a little less evil than good, your evil will be taken away by the greater power of good; if you have a little less good than evil, your little good will gradually be absorbed by the greater number of evil tendencies, unless you use your will power to counteract these tendencies. ………………….

………Your highest happiness lies in being ever ready in your desire to learn, and in your desire to behave properly. …

Selfishness is an evil that does great harm. It must be strictly avoided. ……it shuts out the desire for the perfect unlimited happiness in God’s omnipresence. Yogoda Satsanga- Lessons in Self Realisation- S.6-L.153}

Oh Dhananjay! By attaining even behavior in all conditions who unattached himself from his entire Karma and his doubt has been ruined through Brahma-Knowledge, Karma is not bonded to such soul-form human. (41)

The materials like body, nerves, mind, intelligence, etc which we have received and seems to be own, actually is God gifted and for the use of universal brotherhood and well-beings, we do not have right or authority over these materials. According to this vision when materials are considered of others and deployed for well-beings of world then flow of karma (deed) and materials is towards world and human experiences auto-certified equal behavior in all conditions. These ways through yog, connection with Divine-God in condition of even behavior, who have detached themselves from Karma, does not expect to enjoy any benefits from deed and nature are called “Yogsansaiastakarma”. Person who is unattached while indulged or not indulged in karma (deed) is actually “Yogsansaiastakarma”.

In the previous stanzas Lord Krishna has clarified that through Brahma-Knowledge doubts are ruined and equal behavior in all conditions facilitate un-attachment from entire Karma (deed). Then all deeds are perform for the universal wellbeing without expectation of personal interest.

Person who is in disbelief think how one can be unattached while participating in Karma? How his well-beings will achieved without doing work for own? Brahma-Knowledge clarifies all these doubts. The relations does not sustain between immortal soul-form and mortal karma and its fruits. Own wellbeing is achieved through abandoning affection, hate, greed, angry and violence etc., performing deed of universal well beings thus human dependent on worldly materials reduces and he is liberated from birth-death cycle.

{Practice Hong-Sau until you rise above breath awareness; then tune yourself to the cosmic vibration of Aum and with increasing intensity of will and highest devotion, concentrating at the point between the eyebrows, float the following convictions to the Cosmic Vibration with a prayer for conscious realization of them.

(For meditation tip please note sit calmly close you eye, upturn your black centre of both the eyes towards middle of both the eyebrows it will automatic facilitate your concentration on the mid of both eyebrows. By blinking eyes for few times you close your eyes and push your black middle part of both eyes upward focusing at the point between the eyebrows automatically your concentration will reach their and then start meditation. You will feel that energy is flowing upward towards your forehead and breading pattern is changing, thus you can understand that your meditation is effectively progressing in right direction and after some time/days while meditating you will start feeling heaviness in forehead that means you are entering into Samadhi through meditating. Practice for attest 30 minutes, repeatedly, daily.)

Way to liberation is to find all –desire-quenching/ satisfy/ reduce divine bliss in ecstatic meditation.

Cease creating and pursuing material desires which cannot be satisfied any-where except on the material plane.

As soon as the ripples of worldly desire cease to exist, then you will see clearly His mooned face. Meditation brings proof of the existence of God.

The joy that is already that is already within ourselves, we are seeking in possession, fame, name, money and position; and we don’t find it.

The essential to remember is that scientific meditation means the withdrawal of life current from the nerves. When you can do that, sensations cannot reach the brain to rouse perceptions and associated thoughts.

Please sit upright and practice the Hong-Sau Technique. By watching the breath you calm the heart, and when the heart is calm, the energy withdraws from the senses and your attention is then free and can be put on anything you desire to concentrate upon. By watching the breath, you attain breathlessness. By watching the breath you separate yourself from it. You realize that life is not dependent on it except in the state of body consciousness. Breath is the cord that ties the soul to the body, when you know to die daily-that is, to consciously release the energy from the body by untying the cord of breath-you are one with spirit. Therefore Oh Son of Bharat! Cut the doubt existing in your heart which has been created out of ignorance with the weapon of divine knowledge and attains stable even behavior in all circumstances, armed with yoga and stand up for the holy battle. (42)

Doubt was germinated in the heart of Arjuna — how I will get libration by indulging in intense war-form Karma? To achieve libration whether I shall perform custom of Karmayog or Knowledgeyog? In this stanza Lord Krishna is clarifying the reservation of Krishna because in doubt responsibility is not performed properly.

Due to lack of understanding of basic elements of Karma and God realization doubts are created. Man mistakenly Understand the function and materials as own due to lack of knowledge. This misunderstanding exists till the doubts remain. Therefore, it is very important to understand basic elements of karma (deed) while performing karma. With this divine knowledge human become unattached and his all karma become akarma. Brahma-Knowledge burnt all the doubts, enable the man to maintain even behavior in all situations and facilitate detachment from mortal world.

Lord Krishna is advising Arjuna to burnt all his doubts with divine knowledge and maintain even behavior in all situation, face this adverse situation of unavoidable war and get ready for the holy war for the protection of world from atrocities of evil forces. Arjuna was afraid that indulging in war will be sin. Here Lord Krishna is motivating Arjuna that participating in war with even behavior character, with expectation to enjoy world is a holy karma, which will further facilitate his libration. The attached deed performed for material gratification is bonded and unattached deed liberate human from birth-death cycle (Bhagavad-Gita: 4/16, 32).

The Karma-yog which is a household knowledge is like light of Sun for everyone, when human it live with it with every breath with determine this manifest in his routine behaviors, and yog take work-form. One who realizes the element of Divine he know the glory of Divine-God, and rest in heaven liberated from rebirth. He who has “anurag’ affection only with Divine-God they perform unattached deed free from desire to enjoy and accumulate. The end result of any true yagna, spiritual ritual is realization of element of Divine and liberation.

{Ignorance is the greatest enemy of world peace and unity. It must be dispelled from all minds, that all may become conscious of the cord of one life, one law, one rhythm, and one wisdom, uniting all. The bringing in of world peace and unity through the art of living is the ushering in of the rule of God upon earth………..………..

A man may be considered a good citizen of one country, but his mode of living may not be in accord with the ideals of peace and goodwill to all men……….. True values can only be discovered by laying aside all personal, communal, national, and racial prejudices, habits of thought, customs, etc. Yogoda Satsanga- Lessons in Self Realisation- S.6-L.156}
