Divine-God after clarifying His glories, here He is claiming that He is omnipresent in heart of every creature. He is present in nerve, mind, intelligence etc., everywhere, but in special-form in heart. Heart is the main part or organ of body, heart is source of all feeling, feeling is main cause behind all deeds. When feeling is pure all matter, function etc., become automatically pure. In other words, no one shall feel he is separate from Divine-God, Divine-God is present within him. Male or female, rich or poor, healthy or sick of any caste or age or territory are eligible of realisation of element of Divine. Only he need to be curious and determined that without realization of element he cannot live.

I am omnipresent in heart of each creature, smriti-memory, I facilitate gyan-knowledge of truth and untruth, and apohan clarity of doubt, I am who is eligible to be known through entire Vedas, and I am doer of vedant and I clarify the element of Vedas. (Bhagwat-Gita: 15/15)

Divine-God is not achieved by paying price or offering any means. He is realized when human abandon bonding and shelter of body-nature and dedicate body-nature for universal wellbeing. Divine-God neither caused by deed, because deed is caused by ego and ego is main cause of bonding and obstacle in realization of element.

Discovering the forgotten thought or knowledge is “Smiriti”, thought or conscious is of present and “Smriti” is of past continuous. Conscious may dominate with doer feeling but “Smriti” generally lack doer feeling. Here Divine-God is stating he is cause of “Smiriti”.

Creatures are integral part of Divine-God, in ignorance he forget his relation with element of Divine and develop bonding with material world. When this bonding is abolished and “I belong to Divine-God” and “Divine-God belong to me” is realize is called “Smiriti”.

“Apohan” is removing of abnormalities of doubt, confusion, ration-irrational. He Divine-God is proclaiming that He is “Apohan”. All the misunderstanding or ignorance or attachment of visualizing sovereignty from material-world, sustainable benefits from ever changing world etc., anti-feeling are removed by the blessing of Divine-God. Arjuna has excepted at the end of Bhagwat-Gita in (18/73) that all his doubt and affection or addiction has vanished, he has attend “Smiriti”..

The main purpose of “Vedas” are to facilitate element of Divine. Only Divine-God is one who should be known, after knowing Divine-God nothing is required to know. Without knowing element of Divine all other knowledge are futile and incomplete.

Divine-God has caused “Vedas” therefore He is best authority to coordinate and clarify controversy out of “Vedas”. He can explain the feeling or senses of all the words of “Vedas”. Many time big scholars are unable to take a right stand on element of “Vedas” (2/53).

When human know the reality the material-world does not have independent sovereignty, he know the “Vedas” and he abandon the assumed relation with nature and take the shelter of Divine-God discover the element of Divine. Thereafter, the awakened human see element of Divine in each matter, creature, situation, event and territory etc.
